“The only reason why i'm giving this company a 2-star review is because I got my car shipped and delivered to me-finally... I would not recommend shipping your car through this company. Let me just start off saying that I needed my car to be picked up and delivered by a certain date due to being a new servicewoman. I chatted with Kevin Washington telling him my needs and he assured me that he could get my car on a carrier by my specified date.. Once I gave him my card information, I couldn't reach him- he wasn't answering any of my texts, calls, and/or emails, it was like this company took my money and ran. On another note, my car was not picked up by the NLT date and instead of Kevin telling me that my bid was too low and suggesting that I up my offer by a couple hundred so that I could get my car pick up and shipped quicker, he just kept telling me that the price is fine and that they are still searching for someone.. I couldn't take it anymore and finally got ahold of another representative and he told me that he would do anything to help get car shipped asap and within a few hours he up my bid by a couple hundred and found a carrier. If it wasn't for the help of this other representative, I would've still been waiting on my car to get picked up and shipped. Don't go through this company and if you do, do not speak to Kevin Washington he was no help.”

“I highly recommend this company. Abe Tarzy is one of a kind so please make sure you ask for him when looking into is company. Although this is a broker, they worked well with the transportation company with full transparency.”

“Steve Leff with Ship Your Car Now literally held my hand through the entire process and made sure I was contacted throughout every step from booking to delivery. They showed up on time to pick up my vehicle and delivered it across the country a day earlier than anticipated! The flat bed truck driver that drove into the city of Chicago and effortlessly maneuvered my SUV on a very narrow street onto the truck has my respect!! The delivery was arranged a day in advance with multiple windows of time offered to suit my schedule. Not to mention, the dropoff was 3 minutes from my residence so I could walk over and pick it up!! Ship Your Car Now is the ONLY carrier I will use in the future!! Thank you so much Steve Leff!!”

“My car was picked up about 10 days after I was initially told it would be picked up. And finally to get it picked up I had to pay an extra $100 over what I was quoted!! AND it took 7 days for the car to arrive at it's destination!!!! (I had been told it would take 3-4 days) Talk about bait and switch!”

“To be honest, I’ve never done a google review before; however, due to how BAD and unprofessional this service was I highly recommend you read this review to gauge if you should use this business to transport your car. First thing first, for someone who may not know how this type of business works, these individuals are just brokers. They do not control or own any trucks. That being said, all they do is put a bid into a system and wait for an actual trucking company to accept it. If your bid is to low, then it will take awhile for a truck to actually accept the bid. With that in mind, this was my experience with using ship your car now. In the beginning of June I reached out to this company to get a quote to have my car transported from NC to AZ. The person I dealt with assured me that he would get it done within the timeframe I needed. By the end of the conversation, I decided to go with this business and paid in full for their service. Everything seemed to be going well until the day of the pick-up arrived. The day my car was supposed to be picked up arrived and I heard nothing but silence. I decided to call the broker to find out what the situation was and he assured me that someone was coming today. In fact, he told me he would call me back soon to confirm. 5 hours goes by and I hear absolutely nothing. I finally call him back and he tells me that he will have it picked within a week from now. Not only did he lie to me about the pick-up date, but he completely ruined my travels plans due to his inability to communicate the issue. Instead, he continued to lie and lie and push back the pick up date. In fact, this went on for over a week. Eventually, I just gave up and decided to get a refund. It’s been over two weeks and I still have yet to receive my money. I finally called their accounting department and their “accountant” told me the process takes 7-10 days. Well, it’s been over two weeks and I still have not received me money. In conclusion, this company has TERRIBLE communication skills and is willing to lie to you over and over in order for you to pay. I highly recommend DO NOT use this company.”

“They picked up my 33 foot cruiser yachts boat on 20 Jan 2020, nearly a year now, they never delivered my boat. The transportation company said they can not cross the boarder into canada. I have tried everything to get compensation, the insurance cover they provided me says it is a breach of contract by the transport company and does nit cover!! Be careful with this company”

“Really don't even want to give him a star I was forced to, customer service was terrible, and possible to get in contact with somebody on the weekend I received my car days after they told me I would nobody called me gave me a heads up I heard from the dispatch team one time and never again did this best team didn't even come to my resident I had to meet them somewhere there was very rude and was rushing me to sign the paperwork”

“Great communications at the start. But the “all in” price I was quoted did not, in fact, include custom broker fees. I knew I’d have to pay taxes, but I was assured the quote included the customs brokerage costs. Well, I had pay those fees too at the last minute, out of pocket. I was offered a refund of part of those fees upon delivery, and I agreed to that. But now that delivery is complete, and I have sent several emails, there’s no communications, and no sign of a refund. It feels like they got my money and that’s good enough for them. If I get some communications and the promised refund, my rating would go up a bit. But right now, I feel burned.”

“If I could give a 0 I would. We booked our car transport 2 1/2 weeks in advance. We were told multiple times verbally and through email (we could barely get him by phone because his mailbox is always full) that things were right on track by our agent Steven Ashley. In the days prior to scheduled pick up we spoke to 5 different people, including a supervisor expressing our concern and were told numerous times that they we confident that the car would be picked up on time. No one did. We also later found out that Steven had taken it upon himself to post the job for $300 more than he quoted us. Every time we reached out to the company, each employee would say something negative about the other and tell us that they would fix it. After foolishly believing that they would fix the missed pick up date, we called another company Saturday night. Within 48 hours, they were able to confirm and ship our car.”

“I booked my car to ship through another company. They said it would be picked up on a certain date and it wasn't. I cancelled that shipment and called Ship Your Car Now and paid the deposit. The very next morning a driver called and was picking up my car in Texas! By 5:00 that day, my car arrived at my home in New Mexico. I couldn't be happier. Great customer service with Jason and very polite driver who constantly keep me up to date. I would highly recommend!”

“I used shipyourcarnow in nov2020 my representative was Joseph Gordian he was extremely helpful professional and personal ( he genuinely cared) he used West Coast Transport (Alex) in Spokane wathey were also great! My vehicle was shipped from Spokane Wa to Pitkin la on time & no problems, the driver was also outstanding, I would Highly Recommend This Company, Toby”

“First off let me start by saying ship your car now does not ship your car The contract somebody to ship your car and the contractors they use are not very responsible my car was a week and a half late from the date that they told me it would be here I missed three days worth of work because nobody informed me that they wasn't coming on the date that they told me they were coming, the dispatch was impossible to get in contact with would not even text me back, I was told I will receive pictures of my car as it was loaded on the transfer truck I never received any of those pictures I missed three days worth of work causing me to lose $425, they refused to give me a refund of anything, the customer service was horrible, they could not even get in contact with dispatch to let me know when my car will arrive finally when they got in contact with dispatch he set a date and it was still 3 days after that before I received my car, let me state again ship your car now does not ship your car they contract somebody and the people they contract they know nothing about, I would definitely get my car shipped by someone else I would not use this company. “I needed my car shipped from Chicago to Brooklyn, NY. Gary helped me very well. The price was reasonable and Gary stayed in touch with me. They picked up the car on time and delivered it on time. Nothing went wrong and it was a great experience. I definitely saved Gary's contact info whenever I need my car shipped somewhere else. This company is very reliable in my experience.”

“Worst communication ever. Car was scheduled to be delivered a week ago. Everyday it’s supposed to be here you have to call because they don’t. Them they tell you it’s delayed four days. Other companies are cheaper and do better work. Stay away from this company. I’m just hoping my vehicle comes without damage.”

“My family and I shipped two vehicles and this company provided excellent and speedy service. We are military and needed our cars shipped at the last minute due to a pervious company left us in a bind. They came on the day they promised and our cars we delivered early and in great condition. Would highly recommend them and they as always were available via phone or email. Thank you, The Robinson Family”
