“Pretty sandals for my not so pretty feet, the sandals look good and feel marvellous. Love all of my fit flops but these look a little dressier than my usual walkstar or trainers. Already bought a second pair in this style. Roll on summer!”

“The item ordered for myself was shown on the invoice , but the shoes in the parcel received were not what I ordered so I had to return the goods. The shoes actually received I had bought a pair of earlier this year. I was disappointed that the wrong items were sent and now even more annoyed as a credit has been given not for the item for myself but for the item my wife ordered and kept. The credit amount received was less than the cost of the shoes I ordered as the item my wife ordered was cheaper than the shoes I ordered, which annoys me as well and will effect my future purchasing decisions.”

“This is the most fantastic company. Free delivery and returns - brilliant and more likely to make me order. So helpful on the phone, and I would recommend ordering by phone, it is so painless. You can order 2 sizes and send one back - no quibbling. Everything arrives so quickly and immaculately packaged. Unpacking them is like receiving a present, they are so beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. When I couldn't find my invoice I e-mailed and they offered to send me a copy and when the lady who e-mailed me found out I hadn't been able to get back to them because I'd had a bad back she sent me a lovely sympathetic message. I'm sorry I can't rate you as "excellent" as I don't think I have ever had better service from any company.”

“Fantastic fast service Can't rate shoetique highly enough for quick and easy ordering. Everything so straightforward - makes for a pleasant online experience. Boots came well packed and in perfect condition. My second purchase and just as pleased. The added bonus is that if they don't fit or are unsuitable the return service is free. would never buy shoes online and unseen with any other company. Well done Shoetique - have already recommended you to friends”
