I have asked for a full refund to have a reply saying they would refund me 60% on the 2nd dress ordered for size and 50% for the faulty dress 🤬.

Fast delivery, but couldn't even get the left shoe on, despite ordering my normal size. Also £2.95 is deducted from refunds for postage and packing- only exchanges are free, which wasn't made clear when buying online. Would not use again.

Disappointed that of the 2 pairs ordered (both in stock) only one delivered. The other was refunded but the web site needs to be more accurate. I have previously ordered fit flops only to subsequently find the order cancelled as they were out of stock. I clicked on the request for an email when they came back into stock and when that was received I ordered again only to be told yet again - out of stock!
