Actually I give them 0 stars. They sale wigs that are nothing like the picture. It is a scam. Check the shipping address because they have multiple websites. If you wish to return a wig and they say ship to 1829 stanley st northbrook, il RUN. Don't purchase from any site that has that address as the return place. I purchased a wig that was absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked them if I could return it and they said yes. I sent it and paid for shipping and they sent it right back to me and said they couldn't accept it because the original packaging was messed up. So I actually lost more money. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY WITH THAT ADDRESS EVER AGAIN. Shophairwigs, ebonyonline, all of them are the same. There's a reason why they don't show you all the images in all colors of the wig. Do yourself a favor and just save money for a real one because these people are scammers”
“Don't do business here. They take your money for a product they know they don't have in stock. Wait 2 1/2 weeks to contact you via email to say your order is not in stock but wanna offer you other hair. I think if you don't have the product say it on your website and not take money and have them waiting for weeks. I will never buy nothing from this site ever!”

“Wig quality is HORRIBLE. May be second lots or inferior product shipped in regular brand name packaging. Worse although I sent a return the NEXT DAY after receipt with their return authorization, they declined reimbursement stating that the items did not meet their return policy. BOGUS! It was the next business day from receipt. THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS. False advertisement! BEWARE!”

I ordered a wig from this site and got a email a day later indicating that the hair color for the wig I wanted was out of stock and was given a list of available colors to choose from. When I sent them the new color I chose, I heard nothing back and the wig was supposed to be delivered US priority mail. Days passed without a tracking number or notification of delivery. So when I called customer service that was when they said the second color was also sold out! Well when were they planning to let me know that? I asked for a refund. Now let’s see if I even get that back. Stay away at all costs. They are a “middle man” scam website that lure you in with a discounted price and availability of the product, then up charge you with shipping costs only to then say the item isn’t available, but by then they have your money!
They never have anything in stock and buy from the distributor before sending it to you, and that’s if you even receive it!”

“I ordered two different wig styles, which based on the website appeared to be in stock.
My order was confirmed and I waited for an email with shipping information. After 4 days, I called customer service to see when my items would be shipped because they are only a state away items shouldn't take more than 2 days to arrive. It was at that moment that the woman said that one of the styles wasn't available, they were waiting for it to come in from a distributor and my order would probably not ship out for another 4 or 5 days. More than a week after my original order. When I inquired why there isn't a system in place to notify the customer that one or more of their items isn't available to allow them to decide to wait, cancel, or modify their order, I was told their system isn't set-up that way. So basically, I wouldn't have known the situation if I didn't call to ask. So meanwhile, the available item sits there waiting until the backordered item comes in; because, and I quote, "We don't split orders". The customer service rep. was short tempered and rude. This is the second time I've had this specific order problem. I thought after staying away for a year or two may have given time to be more efficient, but no. Even with the cancellation of the unavailable item, the available one still wouldn't be shipped for another possible 48 hours, from a place that offers same day shipping, in a location that's 1 state away from the final delivery destination. Imagine how much better the experience could have been if there was a courtesy email sent immediately with the change in availability; if the customer service was friendly, courteous, and efficient; and if there was a willingness to recognize that they are at fault and an attempt be made to find a way to accommodate for the customer's inconvenience. Something different than what they did, which is basically nothing but say in a-round-about way, "It is what it is, take it or leave it."”
“I gave them a 1. But I wished they had a 0. The 1st issue is It took almost 2 weeks to receive my item. They sent me the wrong color wig. I received a clown red wig instead of a burgundy & black wig. When I emailed them I was told I'm not guaranteed to get the color on line. They are only color swatches and I'd have to pay 20% restock fee & additional fee for shipping. Some body named Larissa sent a very nasty email. Save your money and avoid the headache.”
