“Not saying anything bad against the company. But I paid extra for faster shipping. 2-3 days. It took a week to receive product. Once I got the product, none of the glasses fit my vape that they’re meant to fit. Not sure why but the glasses were a little too tight to fit on my vape. I have the z-series vape & got the z-series glasses. Highly disappointed with this purchase. I feel like I lost all the way around.”

Sorry your package took so long to get to you. The 2-3 day quote is what USPS anticipates the time for delivery will be. Unfortunately we can't control how long it actually takes them to make the delivery, but your order was shipped via Priority service.
I'm honestly not sure why the glass wouldn't fit. We've not had any other customers with that feedback on this product. If you would like to send us a video of you trying to put the tank together, we could try to help troubleshoot the problem. In either case, we're sorry for all of the trouble and are going to refund your entire order including shipping.
