“I have always trusted Smokeless as a business. When I first began vaping before 2015, I went to Smokeless for education and advice on what to use. My favorite juice was Sass. I took a break and recently began vaping and the unit I use requires the use of salt liquid. When I purchased Sass again, it was like being taken back in time. However, I don't find that or Pom to have much flavor to it as a salt. I'd recommend bumping up the flavor notes in those for a more enjoyable and flavorful vaping experience.”
“I love the products, and the convenience of delivery. I just wish it was easier to keep abreast of and use rewards points. Contact pages also need to be updated for correct contact person, and if no one is available to answer the customer service phone for online orders, it should be made clear that inquiries left that way are not liable to be answered in a timely fashion, and that E-mail is better.
Nathan was kind enough to explain that to me via E-mail, but it's better for pages to reflect what people can actually expect. I would have given 3 stars if Nathan hadn't been so forthcoming and helpful via our E-mail exchange.”
“Happy with the products. Surprised that i can really tell the difference between sativa / indica / hybrid. I wish the products had some sort of label on the actual vape; I'm using colorful rubber-bands to tell the difference. Flavor is fine, almost not worth mentioning. I use a tobacco vape, though, so my taste buds may be scewed. One star deducted bc I originally received the wrong products. The shop turned around the correct order within 12 hrs of notification, however, so definitely a quick resolve. Thank you!”
