“Why are this company being allowed to trade and advertise when all they are doing is taking people’s money and not supplying any goods, their reviews are all taken down on trustpilot and everywhere else it is the same story, money taken and nothing forthcoming, a total scam company, full of the most pathetic lies, I have reported this company like everyone else should to “ctsi””

A scam company, ordered item on 20th November, took money on 21st November including exchange rate costs ,received email item will dispatched within 5-7days, then all of a sudden they said due to a number of customers ordering the same item it will take upto 17-20 days, obviously I assumed all was good, after 20 days had past no item, I emailed them asking for the item or refund GUESS WHAT NO RESPONSE.
Phoned my bank on 27th December 2019 explaining what has happened and I am glad to say my bank is refunding me the full costs.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM there website is still up as of 27th December, but then they will take it down and put it back up like a yo-yo. If you have already purchased and are having the same trouble as other customers please phone your bank to see if you can get some of your money back.”
“Like the other customers, I ordered a microwave due to be delivered 4 - 5 days then notice it would be up to 17 - 20 days then nothing. Despite several messages, with positive replies, no delivery. I then demanded my money back. they said a refund would be made within 14 days. No refund. I reported to ACTION FRAUD who say no crime committed. I will be reporting this matter again.”

“If you have paid by credit card, please issue a refund with your bank. I used Revolut and I issued a refund with VISA. They took 30 days but I got my money back.

“I ordered an item, it never arrived, so I emailed them, they asked for me to confirm my order number (which I had already provided them in the email, oh and you can only email them via the their web page email form, their other email does not work). Two days later I asked me to confirm the name I ordered under? Strangely the email they sent to me had my full name in it. I have contacted the credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“After reading another review on trustpilot about shoptora have another concearn that is a lady recieved a chargeback from her bank the same as me from eurotexsell they have 30 days to dispute the dispute /payment and they have told her bank she signed for and recieved the pram of which is not the case she said the form they sent her bank had no delivery address on it and a signature that didn’t resemble or look like hers so iv got 30 days to find out if they dispute my chargeback payment so the process goes on one month in so far and scam company carry on takeing peoples money and trying to claim back payments that are due to people that requested chargeback due to no goods or refunds so I am only haveing a temporary chargeback payment until the 30 days period if no response from eurotexsell the payment is mine if they do the process carries on and I will have to report there claims to police and fraud department with my bank so this is still not completely resolved until January 10th 2020”

“Received my chargeback refund from my bank today so as long as you report to your bank which I did on the day I made the payment to eurotexsell (shoptora) 8th nov then disputes /fraud then you have to wait 15days to give the company chance to refund or send goods then I rang my bank on the 23rd November as no goods or refund which I expected as it clearly was a scam ,then I finally got my chargeback payment this morning 10th may , so from what I can gather is don’t wait 15 -20 days from payment to eurotexsell to recieve goods or refund as could be to late to dispute as that’s how they get you ,as soon as I read the Awful reviews I rang my bank to start this process it’s been about 28 working days to get my refund from these crooks shoptora (eurotexsell) I hope everyone gets there refund to ,with determination and patience you will to ,I have learnt my lesson if it sounds to good to be true it is ....”
“I am finally getting my refund of £52.33 that I paid to shoptora on the 8th November after realising something was wrong rang my bank Disputes and was told I had to wait 14days then if no refund or goods ring back Disputes which I did in the 23rd of November then I waited until the 7th December and rang my bank as no refund but I have been told the refund will be in my bank Monday the 9th December this process has been a month and I’m finally at the end of that ,please do not wait 15-20 days to report to disputes as could be to late and then they can’t refund you I hope everyone is successful and recieve there refund as this has been a stressful and this hopefully will not happen to many more people as the reviews are helpful as I didn’t know anything about this company until I read the reviews sadly after I made the payment to shoptora (eurotexsell) France !”
