Stay away, most buyers are scammers there. I wanted to sell something, a lady sent me a real-looking email from shpock support, shortly afterwards they asked for my credit card information and suddenly 3000 euros were gone from my account. Shpock doesn't help, thinks you should go to the police and there's no money back. STAY AWAY FROM SHPOCK. ALL MY MONEY IS GONE

I have been a seller on shpock and have always had 5 star reviews Someone calling themselves Casper b started sent memabusive messages and said I was a fake and would report me , and got nasty , I told shpock about this , they did nothing ! They then send me a message saying they have restricted my account as I have been reported for selling fake items , I sent them a message with photos of what he said to me they did nothing and have now stopped me from selling items on their site I have attached a photo of what he said to me , he just wanted to cause trouble ! I also have money left in my shpock account and have asked them to transfer it to me , they won’t do it ! I have sold items on there site for years and have always had fantastic reviews , but they dont care They are disgusting and would never use shpock again Awful company !

Please don’t use this platform. Over Christmas I was scammed out of 250 from someone who wanted to buy and item, they subsequently did not pay for the item and managed to take money out of my account. Spock have yet to take down the seller and he/she could still be scamming other people. Please avoid at all cost it’s a breading ground for Nigerian scammers.

In the past it’s taken to long to pay you & now they are just not paying at all . Having Emailed customer services and them telling me they are aware of the problem and are working on it ! Having read reviews on here it looks like this not paying people has been going on for some Time . As I told Shpock customer service if you know there is a problem paying people then stop taking payments . So now we have no idea when our £189 will be paid !NO MORE SHPOCK FOR US 👎

Unprofessional customer support .it’s 4 weeks now after opened a case and still waiting for reply. I sent few more emails to shpock team regarding updates but they didn’t response. I lost £60 and I thing I will not get them back. I will not recommended Shpock as a place for buying

A lot of potential and growth. Only wish there was a mere BASIC ONLINE customer service management in place which in my eyes still seems inexistent. Example (refer to image attached for clear illustration): Purchased Item, 5 working days passed and there isn't a proof of shipment nor response from seller. Which sadly creates a stain overall for the brand and more specifically the exceptionally responsible sellers who provide a great service.

Shocking !!! I pay monthly to use shpock as a business. They take a customers word for it when the customer says I've not recived my item !! When there item has been delivered and proof of delivery has been sent. They restrict Your account 1st without asking you the business 1st !!! Even when you put proof on shpock for the customer and Shpock to see and email the customer and shpock !!! This app is UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SELLER SUPPORT RIP OFF !!!!!!!

I pay as a business to use shpock. Account RESTRICTED because Shpovk take the customers word for it when they say they item wasn't deliverd eventhough proof of delivery has been sent !!!!

This site / app is a nice place to buy on and I been a member since 2017 but if you are a seller on this site / app STAY AWAY as it will be a very long time before you see your money even after you spend extra send it tracked and do everything you still don't get your money. I sell on ebay steady and guess what shpock I get paid as soon as package is delivered in fact ebay don't even hold the money anymore as I have gained a reputation but all I wanted was the package was delivered and signed for by the buyer you should release the money. I did myself a favour and removed all my products from this site / app and once I get my payment I will delete my account too. Look at the reply from shpock saying asking the same question multiple times! Will slow things down! Well shpock guess what I will messaging daily until its done.

I brought a glasses on Shpock didn’t receive the item or my money back . Shpock have now closed the case. Without any Settlement. Didn’t receive the glasses. That’s not my signature
