“SideTrak was a total game changer for me. I'm used to working on dual 27 inch monitors at my office for medical billing, coding and credentialing. Occasionally I take my work home where I only have a 15 inch laptop. By purchasing SideTrak, I am now able to efficiently do my work and even homework. It makes things easier having dual screens and SideTrak makes that possible. I purchased this during a black friday sale so I've had it for awhile and have had no issues. The cord is a solid braided cord so I dont even worry about it fraying or anything. Best purchase I've made relating to productivity.”

“One of the best purchases ever! If you are like me and have to work from home at night or on the weekend, SideTrak definitely makes life much easier. I love having the second screen. I would recommend this 100%!!”

“I hooked up my sidetrak and it was great until the power on it cycled on and off. I called tech support and they had me download a file, then email it to them and they would figure out what was wrong. It's been over a week and no response. Now when I call in o just get a voice mail. Do not reccomend, if you have any issues the customer service is not there.... update, got a return call quickly, was told that california is slow in getting back to us. We will update you as soon as possible. Thank you for my broken product. They have to source out tech support.”

“Excellent customer service! I was having issues with my Sidetrak not matching up with my laptop and was immediately guided through how to resolve this issue. It turned out to be a Citrix issue that is resolved after adjusting my zooms. They were very helpful in screen shotting everything I needed to to fix my issue. Super happy with my Sidetrak!!!!”

“I need to update my most recent review because they did call back and it was a security issue with Catalina. As many times as I was in their troubleshooting area, this was not clear that is why I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5. it is very clear and is working great!!!”

“Purchased this after I purchased the original for my Windows 10 Dell Laptop for my business. That monitor installed easy. I purchased the second one for my MacBook Pro using Catalina 10.15.1 and I installed and uninstalled 4 times which was very frustrating. I went to every troubleshooting YouTube and sidetrack site to view the videos and it still didn’t work. I called the customer service number Had to leave my phone number and they called me back and resolved the security issue very professionally and quickly. I am giving it 4 stars because you had to leave a message for a call back and I had a difficult time finding fix on their website. The monitor works and for being 13 inches it has a clear resolution.”

“I love it . I use it daily remotely and it has really increased my ability to review sprradsheets while I post. So lightweight . My only wish is that the cord was just long enough to reach my laptop and the end of it once it is fully extended. The cord is too long and has slack that hangs.”

“I really like the product. It is very easy to connect and very convenient to use. If I were to mention the cons it would be the weight. It causes my laptop screen to be very flimsy/move back and forth very easily due to the added weight. Also the chord could be a tad longer as I prefer my screen on the right side of my laptop and my only USB port is on the left side. Overall I love the product and would recommend to anyone looking for an additional portable monitor for your laptop.”
