My contacts were sent without my OK. I was told I signed up for automatic shipments. I never sign up for automatic shipments. When the boxes arrived they were squashed. The contacts seem to be OK though. If I have another problem next time I will be moving my business.

My order took 2 weeks to get to me. I received no communication in response to my emails requesting order status until after a week with the explanation that each time I sent an email I was pushed to the back of the line?????? I did receive an apology from Jen and later Katie promising a $50.00 credit on my next order and an additional $25.00 credit on this order which I have not seen on my card account as of today. I previously ordered from 800Contacts and would receive my order within 48 hours. I would like to know that future orders won't take 2 weeks to arrive and that there would be a better form of communication.

I had an issue with delivery of my contacts (full disclosure, it was because I put my home address incorrectly), but trying to get a hold of someone to get the shipment resent has been a nightmare. It takes DAYS for someone to respond, and it seems a little ridiculous.

The first time I used this service, it was incredibly handy. A contact lens prescription on a budget and without having to leave home? Awesome. This time, it took many weeks to do the entire process. Customer service took up to 4 days every single time there was an issue that needed to be resolved, and in the end, after over a month of back and forth, I still don’t have a prescription in my inbox. This service has declined Significantly in the past couple years. Beware. Oh, and there is NO way to talk to anyone on the phone anymore.

The processing time takes too long so shipping is delivered nine days later. If you are charging on the first of the month make sure it is processed immediately same day because it takes so long to get the contacts and I have to wear glasses for a few days while the shipment arrives

Ordering was easy. However, I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My contacts didn’t come in 2 days. When I tried to call, the number was no longer working due to heavy call volume. I emailed the customer service link and I got an automated reply that said they would reply in a couple days! So frustrating! I was leaving on a trip and needed my contacts. They did eventually arrive but not being able to contact someone was annoying.

Your service was excellent. My problem is the contacts I ordered. The Bausch and Lomb ULTRA lenses were virtually impossible to get in my eyes. They were very flimsy, and my eyes kept rejecting them. I've used the Bausch and Lomb Soflens multifocal in the past. I'd like to switch the ULTRA out to the Soflens, using the same prescription. How do I do that?

I wouldn’t say the contacts are awful but I will say I should have paid extra to get a different brand. The contact don’t stick to my eyes and fall out all the time. I wouldn’t recommend these.

They’re quick to reply, but slow to get your product to you.. My contacts were supposed to be delivered on 7/13. I got an email saying they’d be 24-48 hours late. It’s now going to be longer than that before I get them.. I liked their customer service, but I will probably order somewhere I can get my contacts faster next time.

I purchased these contacts the beginning of January at $110.00. The same Oder purchased last week was increased by $60.00, to $174.00. Why!

A week after I ordered, I get a request for what I think? The ordering was super easy. The contacts were only $1 cheaper than if I had ordered from My eye doctor. After a week, I haven't had a single shipping update; my package is still "en route" to DHL commerce. To me, "simple" means easy ordering, competitive pricing, and quick shipping. So far, Simple Contacts has only met 1 out of 3.

Service was great, they are on the ball and I liked the process. Unfortunately, I used my prescription from my eye doctor, the prescription had worked great with my old contact lenses. However, my new contacts from Simple Contacts came and they are good for distance vision but terrible for close, I cant read a computer, a book or my phone with the contacts in. I wonder if I can return them and try the online vision test. I want to like this company but don't want to waste money on contacts that don't work, being able to see well is kind of the whole point..

Somehow the wrong contacts arrived but I am not sure if the website somehow confused me or their mistake. Be cautious I guess. Now they are not responding to me on a change out???

The app and the mobile eye exam are awful. Just try it yourself. It’s pretty obvious. I had to do the eye chart test a total of 6 times. And even when it finally worked, the distance measurement is way off. It wasn’t 10 feet, it was 15. Which why I didn’t guess correctly all letters and probably shouldn’t have gotten the prescription.

I like the company concept and they had a good response time in terms of customer service but I never received my contacts and was told I would get them in 2 days free shipping.
