Cheaper price, but not worth the hassle of actually recieving contacts. Quality over Cost.

This has been a horrible experience. It takes days to get any support. The test is poorly controlled, and took multiple trials because the distance detection wasn’t working. They say the contacts are cheap but they’re more almost twice the price I’ve paid elsewhere! So they say you can can get just a prescription, but you can’t do it in the app- you have to contact support which takes days longer. I still don’t have a prescription even though I was charged. I was told last week there was a technical error they were looking into it, and haven’t been contacted since. Im tired of waiting, I just want a refund.

no phone number to reach Simple contacts. Very hard to reach via text or email. If you send a message and don't hear from them do not send another message or your first message is dropped to the bottom where your second message is and now it will take longer to hear back from them.

Horrible, they do not respond to emails and the number for contact is out of service. I paid for next day shipping on my colored contacts air Optix and have been waiting for a week. Without any response to my email! They happily took my money but did not deliver my product.

I found the experience of shipping contacts to a different recipient to be extremely difficult. My prescription reviewer didn’t scroll to the second page. There was confusion as to why the name was different than the prescription even though the account was created in my name. Changing my address after first shipment is not possible through the platform. This is obviously designed for non traveling users not people who need to coordinate shipping and logistics while traveling for work.

Placed an order and paid extra for 2 day delivery. The product didn’t ship for 5 days. I contacted the company via text and email multiple times, with zero response until 7 days later AFTER the delayed shipment arrived. There was no available phone number, so there was no one you could even call. Also, they tell you that if you contact them multiple times they will ignore you. Wow, great customer service. Thanks for the attitude. I placed an order with another company in the meantime because they were silent and paid even more express shipping charges. I tried to cancel this order and they wouldn’t respond to that either until after the product arrived. Nightmare. Zero communication.

Took forever to register my prescription. Said it didn’t have right info then said it was expired. Ended up finally going through but didn’t do anything to justify the. 10 day hassle of ordering contacts except 2 day shipping which did me no good because by then I was out of town. Most likely won’t use again

I have not received my contacts. Payed for contacts I didn’t receive. I have been ordering from Simple Contacts for over a year and this is the first incident. I would love support to email me back. Communication here is crappy. There should be a working phone number!

I will never buy contacts from them. My order was placed on 7/24/19 and I am still dealing with a messed up order, it’s 8/8/19. You can only text or emails in which responses are delayed days. I emailed them about my messed up order and I get a review email instead of a response. I don’t like the automated robot system they have. And I never received a receipt so I have no idea what they charged me. I feel very uncomfortable about this service with so many scams out there.

I would give a 0 star if that was an option. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There is no contact phone number. I googled for phone number but the "Corporate" phone number only has a message to email them. I left email and auto email generates that they are so busy it will be 2-3 business days for a response. I reordered contacts and says it's being processed. There is a UPS label created. I just don't understand why it's taking so long and why it has not shipped yet. Terrible!!

I believe this company is a scam!!! The only form of communication that they use is by text message. My order was delayed and then when I finally received my order the contacts were trash!! I have used the same brand for years and how does all of a sudden the contacts no longer work in my favor! They were extremely blurry and drying! I have tried to reach out for a refund but no reply of course. I would not recommend this company at all!

Same brand of contacts .. very uncomfortable lower-quality, lower water content,, which I need because of my eyes are dryer.. do not send me any more !🙁

Half a month later, still have not received. Would be all right with that if I could get an answer from anyone as to where they are and we're not getting emails asking me to leave reviews about how awesome my contacts are and to share etc..

I still have not received my contacts. The contacts were “shipped” on June 29th. However, the tracking package still has not updated where the contacts are and when they will be delivered.
