“Stainless steel polished in one piece with brackets that fix under the handrail not around it. It’s so perfect it’s like a mirror, I cannot recommend this company more highly. It’s delivered with kindness and respect that I cannot remember that far back. Perfect and the price was great too.”

I ordered the item expecting in excess of 10 days as per their guide and it arrived safely, with their own dedicated transport and brilliant driver five days later. It was perfect in every respect, excellent engineering and a quality finish. Thoroughly recommended in respect of the handrail I purchased.”

“Thoroughly delighted with the quality of the handrails, has given my wife and I greater confidence for going up and down the stairs from having a handrail on each side instead of just the one. Was happy I could order the sizes I wanted instead of other sites that only offered fixed sizes that would need to be adjusted. Would recommend to anyone!”

“The oak handrail is lovely . I ordered 3.2 with end caps I expected the end caps to be included in the length I ordered and to be fitted so I would receive a rail a total length of 3.2 there was no measurement of the end caps being additional or their size. This was not the case as the rail alone was 3.2 . Also one of the brackets has a black tarnished mark.Overall slightly disappointed.”
