Simple Health is by far the best birth control company I have ever tried. They took all the stress out of ordering birth control! I'll never choose another company or doctor again. I can't recommend them enough.

Worst company they lied and said they wouldn’t charge me until I approved the birth control but I got charged $140 without my approval and then got sent the wrong birth control and got no refunds. They told me they can’t give refunds but on here it says rate how hard it was to get a refund?! Wtf

Worst service I have ever gotten. For one they have extremely rude doctors/nurses ? Whoever is on the other end of the emails. I tried to explain to what I wanted or needed and what I got back was an extremely sarcastic rude reply making me incompetent/inferior. Also they did not send my next pack of pills on time it took 10 days at that point I was done.

I paid 20$ for a fee and i never received my birth control. Terrible service would never use again.

Does not take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. It was a bit pricey without insurance. They should allow you to confirm your order before charging you, for the price I was charged I would not have purchased.

Horrible place to do service they will charge you automatically without giving you warning. Will refuse to give your money back and they are horrible with customers service! Take your money somewhere else before they rob you of it!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, horrible customer service. I’ve had two problems with them sending my birth control on time. I emailed them 7 times and texted and no one answers, they charge you but send it late or don’t send it at all and don’t even answer when you try contacting them. I asked for a refund since I never received it, never got an answer, tried getting an update on a new subscription because it was 3 weeks late once again no one replied to me. Horrible company don’t go through them they need to fix their customer service skills because this is not normal especially for a birth control company.

No customer service what so ever, takes weeks to get a response, IF you get one at all. Won't cancel your subscription even when you email and text (because there is no other way to contact). They tell you their pharmacy won't be mailing out anymore contact your pharmacy to contact them to continue, then charge you anyways, even when you've asked to cancel.

The company started out great, and then it started going down hill. I’ve been having problems with getting my birth control sent out on time and now having the same issue and I can’t even get a response I sent multiple emails I’ve contacted them on Instagram even tried calling the number and texting it is out of service. In my opinion, if you want to get birth control, go to a different vendor because simple health has completely disregarded his customers with no warning.

Very slow responses, they were about to ship my order but then told me out of the blue that my insurance was not accepted. They won't stop emailing me. One of the worst businesses I've (attempted to) work with.

Unfortunately Simple Health did not fill my prescription as they said they did. As the time approached for me to start my new prescription I didn’t have my pills. There is no communication via phone whatsoever. You need to email and wait 24-48 hours for a response. When Simple Health discovered their mistake they did nothing to expedite my prescription. They said they were only able to mail via the USPS. I had to start my pills 10 days late.

I was not satisfied my period lasted for almost 4 weeks. The birth control suppose to stop my period but made it worse. I'm not sure if I was prescribe the wrong pill or not, but not satisfied at all.
