If they send you the wrong product, they will ghost you. I’ve tried to reach out 4 times over a 10 day period… crickets! If you want to feel valid outside of their automated machine, they aren’t the company for you! I’ve also tried to add the pictures for proof, it won’t let me.

The system is great for needing birth control mailed. The system itself has lots of glitches, emailing and informing the user of medications the user doesn't actually qualify for, making the team berate the user, when the user never originally wanted to switch medications. It also emailed saying it took insurance again, but it turned out it didn't take Boeing insurance. The meds themselves are great, the team is simply doing their job, but the coding needs fixing to avoid misunderstandings between the user and team. Sets us both up for failure, miscommunication, and wasted time.

third medication i've tried from this service in almost 3 years. on day 50 of my period today. canceling and not coming back. i tried.

I like this company but it is very hard to get your representatives to reply back when needed. Turn around time is about 24-48 hours before you get a reply.

I love the convenience and that it is mailed to my home. But I do not like that they send me what ever birthcontrol they want. I want to keep using the same one. They say they are the same but I notice a difference in my body and my mood when its changed. I would like to just stay with the one I know works for me!!!!!!

Convenient but never on time and can only get monthly fills not 3 months at a time as insurance does. Went from zero copay to $15.00 per month and I have zero copy with my insurance for 3 months so it makes no sense whatsoever why they do not comply with my insurance, it seems as though they double charge and it is insurance fraud to me?

I’m so sad the price of my prescription doubled. And as someone short on funds it’s hard being charged for three months at one time. When they changed by birth control because it was no longer available I used to be charged a little each month and I didn’t opt in to buying three months worth at once. That took a blow to my budget. The positives are that it’s very easy access and I always have ample.

Love that it’s delivered directly to my door. Been using this device for over a year now. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they took away the option to use insurance. Looking for a new service unfortunately because insurance covers my birth control, why would I pay $80 out of pocket every 3 months?

The process to sign up was simple, but getting ahold of customer service was a nightmare. The text says you can just reply to it if you had questions, but they usually ghosted me. It was extremely difficult to change anything on my account for that reason.

i really liked simple health originally, until my insurance changed and i guess their policy did too. they wouldn't let me update my insurance and then i had to start paying $15.00 every month- which isn't a lot, but it's just the concept of it. i've since switch to another birth control provider where my insurance fully covers it.

Good services and speedy delivery. However, seems to lose it competitive position (as an affordable service) after almost 3x price raise. Now it's just like any other birth control service out there. But still pretty good and reliable.
