I never knew it could be so easy to get birth control so I’ve always avoided the doctor visits but it was fast and easy. It does seem a little expensive but compared to what I’d pay at in person doctor visits and pharmacy pickups the amount seems reasonable after all. I’ve had no problems reaching customer service or finding out information about my medication.

Ordering has been really easy the only problem I’ve had was the server depression and anxiety both prescriptions have given me. There needs to be more questions about mental health and how the medication is effecting you before the prescription is refilled.

I love Simple Health but was notified if my health insurance changes they will no longer process my claims for me. The service is excellent but I will leave as soon as I have to pay out of pocket and get refunded from my insurance company. It will no longer be a hassle free experience. I’m sad.

It’s so easy and simple to use, extremely convenient and it helps a lot with out having to make doctors appointments I really do recommend this to as many people as I can !

It's a very wonderful service! I'm glad I don't have to deal with a face to face general practictioner for this. I always feel like BC is not a priority for them.

Simple health is straight forward and easy to use. The only downside was that it was free for the first batch of pills (4 packs). Then they said they no longer accepted my insurance and began charging $15 per pack. I didn’t want to change my prescription so I just paid it.

Overall, I've been happy with the service. However, in December, I received a notice to renew my prescription, but my shipment should not have gone out for several weeks. When I renewed, they automatically sent my prescription out. As soon as I received the notice, I contact customer service and was told that the order would not go out until my next scheduled. It went out anyway, and charged my bank card. I am on a fixed income, and this really threw my budget for a loop. Updating a prescription should NOT force a new order to go out when the customer is on a scheduled order plan. And when customer service says they will do something, they should do it.

Super easy to work with and customer support is super good! My only issue, not to sound ungrateful, is the free sample they send out every month, the daily five, messed up my stomach.

It is very good if you don't have insurance. Very reasonable prices. Little miscommunication sometimes but overall customer service is amazing and very understanding.
