When trying to call Simply IOA spoke with Jay and Rosaile which was very rude and sarcastic on the phone when I asked about updating Mortgagee loan number on the policy. The request has been made on 2/9/24 and still today this has not been updated. When transferred I was hung up on, I would call back and then someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me. Then I am told they have been having phone issues for a few weeks. I asked if I could give my number so that I am not continuing to have to call back and Rosaile continued to talk over me. I have not been successful with getting any response by email. Very poor communication.

She was very well spoken and explained all to me. ISA Arce is awesome. She saved us lots of money. State Farm was gouging us bad. I am sending contact info to cousin in Salem ,Va.

Overall it went smoothly and am very satisfied with the service and the process. I was able to receive one quote quickly online and another quote from my sales rep while we were on the initial phone call. It was great to have a platform that was able to retrieve information and generate a quote you could bind right on the spot. And, Sue Brownlee took the time to find a second quote and walked me through the coverage and explained things thoroughly. She was pleasant and prompt with her correspondence through email and telephone. However, the one negative I did have was when filling out all the information online and having to repeat myself to a sales rep because they didn't have my information I just filled out in front of them. I wasn't ready to bind and pay immediately so I closed out of the program. It was great that someone called me immediately after I closed the website, but when my sales rep was connected to me, the same information I just filled out online was not available to her. So I had to take the extra 15 minutes to answer those questions again. These were the basic profile questions, general questions about the house, etc. That's frustrating. I think if a call will be made soon after an online request has been created, the sales rep should have that information available to view before being connected. Reconfirming contact information is one thing, but not having it all together is another.

Actually, you guys weren't really involved in the renewal other than sending notices. I schedule/pay the premium directly to Progressive on their site. One thing I would recommend is instead of sending me email reminders saying 'Call us, we may be able to find you a better deal' do some research and let me know that you found me a better deal on my insurance and the details. Now that would be what they call WOW servicw.

I bought insurance for 2 cars and the bill was 81.49 a month, I get my first bill and now it's $117.49 a month. It's already gone up $35.00 a month. I feel like I've been conned. I have no tickets, accidents or anything on my record. What the F*#k!!!!!!!

I was scrambling at the last minute to replace my homeowners with Allstate. Simply IOA gave me a really great quote but what was better than that was the agent that helped me. She is one of the nicest and most efficient people I have ever dealt with between my work and personal business.

I was a victim of the 'Gulfstream home owners policy receivership' in August and had to scramble for home owner's insurance in the middle of hurricane season. IOA was amazing in searching out replacements and bringing my stress level down to a manageable level to function. Melissa went over and above in helping me in a bad situation with a lot of extenuating circumstances, and is still helping me to this day. Your company has always been very good for years, but this year was you were a '20' out of '10' for me.
