“There was a long time from order to delivery, and this was disclosed to us. We were hopeful they would come in early and they did not, but they were delivered and installed on the date promised. We love the shutters! They are perfect, great quality, and priced competitively. They were worth the wait!”

“My overall experience was very easy. Our sales rep was very helpful and explained that the orders take 8 weeks since the product comes from China. Once the order was received, installation was quick. We were very happy with the product that we placed a second order for the remaining windows in our house.”

“Overall, we love our shutters. It does take a LONG time for the shutters to be manufactured for delivery. Since one of the windows had been missed during measurement, we had to wait even longer. However, I would use these Simply Shutters again and believe the value to money is great.”

“We had our three window order of Simply Shutters installed in Jan 2019. In general we are pleased with the shutter product, material, operation and installation. We assumed they would have stationary end panels on each end of the sliding door panels. They would have nicely finished off the installation. We were told that was not available which seemed a bit odd to us as their competitors did offer as part of their offering.”

“Simply Shutters installed our shutters about 18 months ago and so far we’re very happy with our decision to go with them. The quality and workmanship of the shutters is very good and we’re specially happy about the price. We did have a two week unexpected delay with delivery and installation because we ordered them right around Chinese New Year and Simply Shutters did not take that into consideration when they gave us the expected delivery and installation date, however Simply Shutters did compensate us with a small discount for the inconvenience.”
