“I order often but the last order was wrong and split in two parcels.
The first parcel was lost. I tried to call in french, in english, but no body answer.
By email it' was very difficult.
After several days I received a reply but not even an explanation or an apology.
I warned them about the customs fees and I end up paying 2x VAT + customs fees. 2 packages with a full invoice for the whole order each time.
Still unable to contact them.
No luck, a package with the label but empty instead of the ordered tool.
So I find myself with a late delivery and incomplete order with doubled customs fees and impossible to contact them.
In short, stop ordering, it's not really serious when there are complications.”
