“Second time I've ordered from Six Whiting Street and second time I've not received my order because the item was out of stock! I heard nothing for 48 hours and had to email to find out the status of my order before receiving an automated refund email with no explanation! The shorts I trued to buy are still on the site in the size (32) http://www.sixwhitingstreet.co.uk/edwinshorts-p-6260.html?kw=&fl=1000&ci=53154466619&network=pla&gclid=CKXn77ef4sYCFYvKtAod2zgOSA I suggest 1) improve the inventory management system and 2) improve the level and response time of customer service! There is no shortage of menswear sites to shop at online and Six Whiting Street is by far and away the worst experience i've encountered, not once, but twice!
