“I ordered a pair of shoes online, which were delivered bang on time which you'd expect . However, Naomi, the webshop manager went a lot of steps better than my experience of other shops. She contacted me personally to let me know that the shoes weren't perfect (they were discounted online anyway) and made the whole process so much more personal. Great shopping experience”

“Customer services seem fine and quick to notify me the day after i made the order to inform me that the stock level shown on website was incorrect and item was out of stock. Refund was made immediately. Doesn't change the fact that this was really frustrating.”

“Bought an excellent pair of Grenson luxury shoes at a good price, but overall experience let down by slow delivery (not next working day as promised) and poor packaging (shoe box placed in much larger box with no packing so during transit the shoes 'escaped' their box leading to minor scuffing).”
