I was scammed by one of their 'store users' for €800, so I send email to their customer service minutes after scam, they get back to me three days later after an hour when bank change status of payment from pending to complete, saying that its too late to stoptransfer.”
“They take a high percentage just for listing your item on their site. You are better off just doing instant payout on another site. I didn't recieve my payout either and their support are not helpful at all.”

If you're permanently worried, I'd suggest to use a different site.

“skinbaron is a scam site, DO NOT USE IT
After seeing 90% of skinbaron's reviews bad i thought i will never register on this website, but a friend of mine sold a few items (5-10 of them) with no problems and i thought i will give it a go.
But now after having roughly 1600 items (or more) listed on skinbaron and always asking them when problems where involved, and being very patient about it i can honestly say: JUST RUN, DO NOT USE IT!
1st problem - money missing, and when you are asking about them they will answer that you have too many transactions and it's too difficult to track them?
2nd problem: roughly 90 euro missing from transactions - they are looking for them for 2-3 days now WITH NO REPLY?!
3rd problem: immediately after i told them about money my account was frozen, all my sales were unpublished and i had to provide more evidence (i think i already provided my id but i did it again, and then proof of address - not sure but i think i made that also in the past).
4th problem: BECAUSE OF THEM (again) i had to MANUALLY cancel every unpublished transaction and then MANUALLY relist them - that was THEIR ONLY SOLUTION to THEIR PROBLEM! So for only 1600 items i don't think will take years (or light years) but they thought will be TOO EASY so i had to wait for many of those items 140 hours BECAUSE OF THEM. Only ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY HOURS!!!
So basically you will lose money (and most likely i didn't checked in the past so could be way more than 90 euro, i'm even afraid to think about it because i had hundred of trasactions), time, and your nerves.
Don't be like me, save your money, time and everything and NEVER but NEVER use skinbaron. SKINBARON IS A SCAM SITE!

“The site is incredibly slow which is an immediate put off. The prices can be good, but when it gets to adding funds, everything falls down. Limited amounts you can spend per day which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but if you need to amend an order before cashing out, it'll allocate funds against your daily allowance even though you haven't spent anything.
Anyway, over the past couple of days I've tried to cash out a few hundred Euros worth of skins and the site just screws up. Went somewhere else instead and ended up spending even more with that site as it actually worked as intended.”
