I placed a £60 order with you on January 28th, and l still haven't received my order. Your customer service has been so poor, I have had one email in that time saying the order has been lost and that you will resend it but I still have had no confirmation of this. You are continuing to promote your products on your website but can't dispatch an order that was placed 6 weeks ago!!!

I would have given -5 stars if that were possible. This company is a bunch of liars who would rather forcefully commit you to an order they have not yet dispatched instead of honouring a customers request for it to be cancelled because they advertise a 50% discount on the first order which again does not work and you only discover this after you have paid. You then approach the subject with them, they again refuse to honour the discount or make an effort to refund you the money or apply the discount on a second purchase. Stay away from thes liars and this underhanded business. Read further reviews on other sites, seem these clown have a pattern forming of rubbish products, shocking waiting times and hopeless customer service that only manages the same generic respinse. If I could turn back time I would avoid them like the plague

Heaven forbid you don't receive ur order, or need to contact them about ur order or infact ever have to speak with some one from this company.

You keep ignoring my emails. I asked you for help 7 times now in the course of 3 months. You are replying to my public reviews just to ignore emails I send as per your requests. Each email is polite, although I do not feel you deserve it. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I have sent all packages back and I have not received my money.

AVOID!!! Wish I could give less than 1 star!! OMG! What an awful company! What a scam! Not heard back from them when I asked for proof that I had pressed ‘subscription’ and not ‘one time order’ I did not receive a reply (again) I know I pressed ‘one time order’ and I made sure I didn’t create an account! Whoever this Aimee/ Amy is, is completely useless! I received my ONLY order that I ordered late! A week later I received a box of pancakes that I DID NOT order and was charged £18.86! I then noticed a 3rd payment for £18.86 had been taken and the order was a repeat of the first order!!! I have emailed them all week that I do not want a subscription and not to send anything else! I received an email this morning 26.2.21 that they are sending the 3rd order!!! And to top that off, they sent an email to say that my credit was declined!! Luckily I had phoned the bank this week and stopped any more payments going to them! Folks I suggest hitting their Twitter account and we all get in touch with Citizens Advice!!

I placed an order on the 26th of january and still not have received it emails are not sorting the problem asked for refund but still no joy will never order again as order was over £50pounds .

I ordered goods on 18th January 21 and am still waiting for delivery . Can’t phone them and get cut and paste emails that don’t deal with the situation. Basically they have stolen my £ !

I ordered and hadn’t realised it was on a subscription. It took over a week for my first box to come and by then, they had taken the money for the next box. The first box came, I don’t like anything in it, nor does anyone I asked to try it. They’re syrups are disgusting. So since then, I’ve been trying to cancel the next box. I’ve cancelled my subscription but despite the fact that they still over two weeks later haven’t packed or sent it, they are refusing to give me a refund and no send the order. Customer services is a joke, they keep going around and around and not listening. I’m pretty sure they’re auto response e-mails because they’re word for word responses. Loads of people are saying the same on Facebook. There is no number to call. It’s caused me so much stress and anxiety.

Beware of "subscription service" First order delivered after 1 month and then I found out they had signed me up to a "subscription service" I did not agree to at £16.61 per week !!! Who the hell would willingly sign up for over £850 a year subscription to coffee flavourings !!! Customer support refuse to cancel the subscription and instead reply with instructions on how to "Create an account" to manage your "subscription". Created an account and no sign of any subscriptions to manage. Having to get bank involved now to block recurring payment they have set up on my credit card.

First time ordering from this company and certainly the last! Placed an order on 25th January and it is now the 17th February and still no items and still no order dispatch! You can try emailing or leaving social media messages and you will only ever get a generic automated reply! There is no phone number! Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I am about to start a refund claim through them to recover the costs! So disappointed and will not be recommended this company to any of my friends.

Dreadful customer service team, very unhelpful. Have been put into a subscription that I haven’t signed up to and now am being billed weekly. I’m not getting details from the staff about the complaints procedure. I need to return the 2 boxes that I didn’t order back to them at my own expense. Luckily my bank are aware of how they are treating me and I will never be ordering online from them again.

Absolutely diabolical service. Believe that they are above Consumer Rights and the right to cancel within 14 days, having not received any items (which have not been dispatched). Report to trading standards.

Horrendous service. I placed a one time order, which took a while to come. The issue is that I have been signed up to a weekly subscription which I have no recollection of agreeing to, I have tried numerous times to contact support to cancel this but I get the same automated response or that they are unable to cancel subscription, we the customers have to do it. 'Create an Account' seems to be the themed response in said automated email, so when i try and do this with the email I supposedly have a subscription linked to... it does not and will not recognise it. So i tried with another email, that worked but how can one manage a subscription if they fail to tell you your subscription number. I am losing my patience, I have had to call the bank over a measly £14 (each week), but it is the principal. I have made very clear that I do not want this subscription to proceed however there remains every pleasure in taking my money... and reading below it seems like a common theme. This was my first experience with the Skinny Food Co. safe to say I personally wont be coming back again. I am personally quite suspicious of their intentions. Hot sauce bangs though I'll give them that. Oh and lastly, there is no customer support number?

After spending over £50 am still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks. Customer services just finished you off. Will need to take action to get my money back as don’t believe the goods will arrive as still not shipped

Wrong products - won’t send out correct order unless return other items and pay postage for this ourselves. No customer service and will not answer e mails

Does not even deserve 1 star Absolutely awful customer service. Nearly a month later and still nothing received from two orders. The worst thing about this company is the 'customer service' I have never seen anything like it. Sure things go wrong sometimes but its how a company handles these things...that is when you see a companys true colours. I have been lied to repeatedly, I don't think customer services bothers to read your actual email when you contact them. They copy and paste some rubbish that you've probably already gotten from them before or you get told to wait another week and when you do is the same round about answer as if you haven't contacted them before. STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND FEEDING CUSTOMERS LIES I keep asking for a refund on my order as its no where to be seen. I have received no emails or any info from royal mail to say they have it or anything from skinny co to say its despatched. Yet Skinny Co say I cant have a refund as its 'too late' Too late to cancel my order...as if I'm cancelling!! I am entilted to a refund as i havent gotten ANYTHING Funny enough I can return them for a refund if they ever appear BUT it will be long past the date for a refund AND even if I could it would be at my own expense. How is it too late when I haven't received anything and its not my fault that the order hasnt even left your warehouse nearly a month after my order. Also everytime I ask for proof that its been despatched with a tracking number they ignore the question. It ridiculous way to treat customers. I won't be ordering again. I will be contacting my bank to issue a charge back Its a shame because I really like the products. Oh and they also go through their facebook comments and remove any complaints of people not having received anything. I commented on one of their posts 5 days ago and after a discussion was going between me and others in the same situation...Skinny Co removed them shortly after. My order was 28th decmeber now its 25th jan...I can see on your website as I have an account and it still says 'unfulfilled. 'Stop blaming Royal Mail as I don't believe they even have the order yet, I have ordered plenty online recently and all my orders where sent via royal mail and came within a few days. Stop blaming others , making excuses and refund the people who have received nothing. AVOID If you like thier products buy them elsewhere at least the online shop has serious issues I have left this same review on trust pilot. Since then they have now went back on what they have said and said its not dispatched but 'will be dispatched soon' Then I get another templated email the next day saying that my order has been delayed and is stuck in customs because of brexit. Their excuses are ridiculous.. My order hasn't been dispatched so it not in customs..the lies are just constant with this company!. Just admit that your out of stock on alot of products as your stocking lidil stores. Its quite obvious this is the issue when your blantly advertising this all over facebook that you've newly stocked over 800 Great Britian stores . Funnily enough the products in Lidl is the same products I'm waiting on as my order on the 2nd was dispatched today but not the one on the 28th, it has different products not in the lidl stores. Ridiculous that I still couldn't get a refund when the order hasn't been dispatched. Apparently there is no way to track order and refund for cancelled orders. Blah blah blah.. just BS really!! Like come on you have an online company but cant track the orders despite them all having an order number...please. If so your an onlie company sort it out..but NO im sure they'd rather just take peoples money knowing that people aren't gona pay to return their products themselves. Not a way to keep repeat customers but it's quite obvious they don't care. Worst of all no apology. Keep blaming covid, brexit etc. The only thing they offered was free delivery which was hilarious as they already had an offer currently of free delivery on all order. So they offered absolutely nothing for their behaviour, I was insulted that they would even think I would consider ordering again. ( and this is from someone who actually loves their products, that how bad they are i will never order again no matter how tempted.) Do yourself a favour and order zero products from another company, they ain't the only one. Or pick them up in Lidl (although I hate to actually give them any business when they don't deserve it really)

The fact is that this company does not have the right to have a star. I am writing this so that everyone should know that this company is not a reliable company to trade. In addition to the fact that the products taste very bad and of poor quality, they do not even give you a free label for returning the goods, and the cost of posting and returning it is £ 14. They do not even have a phone number for a custom call, which indicates that the company is unreliable. I have been sending them the package they sent me by mistake for a week, they have not returned my money yet and I have not even received an email that the mail has reached them. I had never seen such an unreliable and irresponsible company in the UK and I decided to share this text everywhere so that you would not get into trouble with this company like me. #178664

Skinny Food has sent me my order packed with rubber bands, missing items and those that arrived were broken. They gave me the option to refund my money or resend the package. I chose the second option. That was a month ago, they never delivered my order, and they have stopped responding to my emails. You are not a reliable company, don't trust them!
