They gave us 40% off their variety bundle to encourage us to use and keep it. The service is reliable and the representatives are attentive.

Confusion over a mobile phone order and the wrong one was sent,BUT they were quick to offer,and send, a better phone at a better price

Never any issues regarding broadband service, in my personal experience very reliable. Also every time i try to leave or cancel they offer me a deal too good to turn down so saving alot of money...which is important!

I wasn't impressed with Sky, I had booked for broadband installation for a Monday and they choose to defer it to Friday and keep me without internet for all these days

My internet for the past 4 years has been dropping out all the time (I have been a sky customer for 20 + years too !!!) especially on a night time sky came to sort this problem out 4 times and it’s still happening and now can’t get through as my line has gone off also

When it works it's fine but half the time the broadband is down and there next to no support just them telling you to use their website which is useless

They installed a new Sky Q box system and one of the boxes is noisy instead of sending out an engineer they trying to diagnose the problem over phone from a text book. Still not fixed still no engineer

Went from £51 a month to £106 a month and we had a full phone broadband and TV and they had not give us any notice of price rise

Avoid at all costs The worst customer service ever. Few days ago I was promised with two months compensation and today I was told by someone her name ILEANA ONE OF THE TEAM LEADER that is not gonna happen and I was offered 20 pounds after few hours of waiting over the phone and I have rejected it. She refused all kind of help and she was writing her own notes and not the truth so she can cover the mistake made by her colleague and also to cause me more troubles. Don’t wast your time find decent company always remember that after sale is very important. I can guarantee you that every time you speak with to the customer service you will hear a different story. Never ever again worst company
