“❌ Absolute shambles—Avoid at all costs. Shiding behind terms after breaking them. I had to book two men on-site for three consecutive days due to a sequence of delivery failures and substandard products.Day 1: Failed delivery. Despite having two men ready on-site as per their terms, the delivery never showed up. No notice was given until they unilaterally rescheduled for the following day.Day 2: The delivery arrived, but they dispatched a completely substandard, damaged product. The damage was blatantly caused by metal strapping being cut with an abrasive wheel at their warehouse. This is where their strict terms seemingly expire for them, but they still expect you to comply.Day 3: A new panel finally arrived in good order late in the evening. Ironically, when they asked if my two men could assist with loading their damaged unit back onto the truck, we obliged without hesitation.When I requested a reasonable compensation of £300 to cover the wasted labor costs of having men on-site for multiple days, they completely hid behind void terms. They have offered insulting compensation amounts of £30 and £50, which does not even begin to cover the actual financial loss.I will now be taking this matter directly to Small Claims Court. Shocking customer service and a total lack of accountability.”

“On arrival one pane fell, and driver just put his foot out in time to prevent it from breaking. Builder found packaging to be sub standard and panes to be overly vulnerable to breakage. Otherwise product is now in place. Thanks.”

“Skylight not bad. Hope will not be a disappointment. Delivery very expensive. I’ve been told delivery was Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The only option they gave us was Sunday at 9pm or Monday at 6:30am.”

“The lights are lovely. They give a lovely warm glow. Sadly one of them is faulty and it's just a bit of a hassle having to go through a returns process. Everything is automated and no one wants to talk to you. But the lights are beautiful.”

“Delivery was promptly received for 1000mm x 1500mm flat skylight. Helped the courier driver to bring it in the garage as too heavy for one person to carry. Window was secured in wooden casing no plastic wastage.”
