“Absolutely brutal "do not buy anything from this Company. I started an order and their system re-directed to the "Canadian Site" so I thought and ordered a pair of $46 runners on sale which indicated $30 shipping and no other fees or charges. After order had shipped got a call from Fedex wanting another $34 in brokerage/importing fees and also discovered I was charged in USD for everything. I refused to pay and returned to sender and so far only have a credit for $19.00 Everything is misleading and dishonest. You have to dig through their site to find out you are paying in USD and importing fees. RIPOFF”

“I placed an order on 26th December 2018, today is the 5th January 2019 and they still have not shipped the order yet. During the past 10 days all my emails and Facebook messages were ignored. These guys are a joke, don't but from them.”

“Their selection, prices and quick shipping are amazing. However, should you ever need to return from the US, be prepared to take a huge hit with shipping and customs fees. I'd have been better off keeping shoes that didn't fit. So, US buyers beware!”
