“If I could give 0 stars I would. The hair is so terrible. It has a red tint to it so it looks very unnatural. It tangled up geeky badly, sheds, and is happy. I have not had this hair in for a week it it’s all mangled up. They kept asking for a review so I gave them an honest one and they deleted my post. So I wrote on their Instagram profile an honest review about how the hair feels synthetic and is terrible and they BLOCKED me!!!! This is by far the worst hair I’ve put her in my entire like. 26inch Burmese curl. Terrible but the pics make the hair look BETTER”

“Always gets me in ASAP. Is able to do any color and length I want. She is the best in all of Las Vegas. Installs flat and so real looking. I have several wigs from heR. Blue, red, brown. I love them all”

“I ordered a 22in frontal, 24, 26, & 28 in bundles. The frontal melts and sheds tremendously when heat is applied and the bundles had a lot of split ends. $270 wasted, will not order from this company ever again!”

“I order my hair over 3 weeks ago and still no hair. I reach out to them on instagram and was told they would had overnight and i would receive hair by this past friday. still no hair horrible service . They loss my business and my family and friends”

“I ordered hair and had a question about my purchase. I sent a message on the website and received no response. I also sent a DM on Instagram and received no response. I also responded on a post and didn’t get a response. He Customer service is very unprofessional. I will never order from them again.”

“This place is a joke. Ordered my hair. Received a message that it is not in stock. Tried to change my order. No reply back. The number was an answering service. The chat did not work. No means of communication. They keep sending me a message saying my order was shipped. No shipping number. Never got my product. Had to stop payment.”

“I placed my order on Thurs. Sept. 15 between (10-11am). I paid an ADDITIONAL $50 for EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT shipping. I was expecting it to be delivered either Mon. or Tues, it is now Thurs. Sept. 20, my order has yet to be delivered. I have put in MULTIPLE request forms to speak about the issue. I also called MULTIPLE times during the displayed on the website only for their number to NOT be "accepting calls". After not being able to communicate about my package I decided to call USPS (shipping company), from my conversation with them I was informed that my package WAS NOT shipped as EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY!! Regardless of how I feel about the actual product, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!”

“CAN'T REALLY TELL YOU WHAT THE HAIR WAS LIKE BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT.I ORDERED 3 BUNDLES FOR 100 JUST TO TRY THE HAIR OUT.ONCE I PAYED IT STATED MY HAIR WOULD ARRIVE IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. A WEEK LATER I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED THE HAIR. I CALLED PAY PAL TO SEE WHERE MY HAIR WAS AT , THEY STATED THERE WASN'T EVEN A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. SO INSTEAD OF THEM JUST SENDING OUT MY HAIR THEY REFUNDED ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE?? A FREAKING JOKE. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“I have not received my hair as of yet but the communication is horrible. I can only communicate through Instagram which makes me skeptical of my purchase. Every email address I have been provided is no good. When I made my purchase it’s said shipment will be within 2 business days and I have not received my tracking number just messages on instagram”

“Slay Queen allowed someone to charge $280 worth of product to my credit card. They say they only ship to the address on the credit card, but they flat out lied. I honestly think it was someone in the inside. Don't EVER use your credit card with these people!! They are scams and will hack your account, and then not contact you to get it resolved! Thieves!!!”

“hair quality sucks. It was okay for less than a week than it started to feel like synthetic hair. Wouldn’t recommend buying it. cheap price =cheap/poor quality hair.”
