“Delivery took longer than stated but second time ordering hair and satisfy with frontal....bundles are thin but good quality”

“The wefts were too small for the hairdresser to sew on as she would have liked. The hair is very stiff and rough without moisturizer. it doesn't tangle or shed that much.”

“A extra 2 bundles were placed on my order but did not arrive with my other ordered hair. Customer service refunded my card but when I got the hair I order it wasn’t the texture I desired and it shed, the hair was lifeless. You get what you play for.”

“I paid for 1-2 days shipping and my package came a week late. Once my package arrived one of my bundles was missing. I contacted Slay Hair and the guy apologized and gave me a refund for the express shipping. He told me that he was going to overnight my missin bundle and I have yet to receive. This was Nov 17th and we are about to go into the new year. I've sent emails and still haven't heard back from them. I would never order from them again nor recommend them to my friends because of the experience. Good hair but horrible customer service.”

“They never replied to my questions about location. Never got a tracking number. When the hair came back it felt cheap and synthetic... so I’m not sure if this is 100% real virgin Brazilian hair ... because my last order was a lot more thicker, didn’t feel like plastic and the order came within two weeks of ordering online.”

“I have bought 16 inch indian before, 14 inch malaysian as well and both bundles were wonderful. they last for a long time and still can utilize them after months of using.”

“When I first started ordering bundles the hair quality was great. Once I began buying the 3/$100 bundles, the hair quality seemed different. Once I received hair that had been dyed black. I don’t know if they changed suppliers but they need to go back to what they were selling about a years ago.”

“I bought Burmese hair. And it has been holding up really well. I've had it for a little bit longer than a month. And the only problems that I have is that the hair sheds tremendously, and the lace for my frontal was hard. I feel like I could have been better.”
