“Don’t buy from them it’s a scam I waited a month to get my hair and when I did it’s not even what I ordered they are a scam the hair I got looks synthetic and it came in a plastic bag for 400$. As you see in the pictures what I ordered is no where near what I got I don’t wven know what to do with it I won’t be installing it”

“I placed my order on Thurs. Sept. 15 between (10-11am). I paid an ADDITIONAL $50 for EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT shipping. I was expecting it to be delivered either Mon. or Tues, it is now Thurs. Sept. 20, my order has yet to be delivered. I have put in MULTIPLE request forms to speak about the issue. I also called MULTIPLE times during the displayed on the website only for their number to NOT be "accepting calls". After not being able to communicate about my package I decided to call USPS (shipping company), from my conversation with them I was informed that my package WAS NOT shipped as EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY!! Regardless of how I feel about the actual product, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!”

“CAN'T REALLY TELL YOU WHAT THE HAIR WAS LIKE BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT.I ORDERED 3 BUNDLES FOR 100 JUST TO TRY THE HAIR OUT.ONCE I PAYED IT STATED MY HAIR WOULD ARRIVE IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. A WEEK LATER I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED THE HAIR. I CALLED PAY PAL TO SEE WHERE MY HAIR WAS AT , THEY STATED THERE WASN'T EVEN A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. SO INSTEAD OF THEM JUST SENDING OUT MY HAIR THEY REFUNDED ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE?? A FREAKING JOKE. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“I have not received my hair as of yet but the communication is horrible. I can only communicate through Instagram which makes me skeptical of my purchase. Every email address I have been provided is no good. When I made my purchase it’s said shipment will be within 2 business days and I have not received my tracking number just messages on instagram”

“I ordered through this company 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten my merchandise through Sezzle! I also needed my hair for a loved ones funeral! And the merchant hasn’t responded. At this point I want Sezzle to release my order so, I can reorder with another vendor! Very dissatisfied they should definitely resolve this!”

“I ordered a 22in frontal, 24, 26, & 28 in bundles. The frontal melts and sheds tremendously when heat is applied and the bundles had a lot of split ends. $270 wasted, will not order from this company ever again!”

“I ordered hair from this company about 3 weeks ago. I received the hair a week later. when i opened the package they had sent me the wrong order. I had ordered Burmese exotic curly hair and the closure to match. I got the right closure but the bundles were body wave. i called customer service multiple time to get my correct hair. i have to call the, four days straight for them to send me my tracking number. i sent the hair back and tried to call them agaon to let them know i had done so. but once again NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL REPLY. At this point i just want my money back! so now they have my hair and my money! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!”

“The ends of this hair are absolutely horrible. Dry. Dead. Frizzy. Split. I can't even brush the hair without it getting caught. The hair sheds. So disappointed in this hair. The picture was taken literally right after I brushed it so there's no reason it should look like that”

“Do not, do not, absolutely do not purchase hair from this company. This review will more than likely be deleted or not published, as when I attempted to express my concerns via Instagram my comments were deleted. I ordered hair from this company on January 3, 2017 and was send an email on January 8, 2017 saying that my order had been shipped. Hate to say it, but today is January 19, 2017 and I still have not received my $200+ order. I called the phone number listed on the Instagram page (Not the one on the website because an automated message picks up even when you call during weekly business hours), and was told by a representative that the shipping system was down but that I would recieve my order on Wednesday (January 18, 2016). To my surprise I still not did not hear back from this company and attempted vigorously to reach out to anybody who could talk to me. After expressing my concerns via Instagram (Because not one of my attempted 10 phone calls were picked up), I was told the company had no control over the delivery, or what I was told by the last representative. There was no apology, no ownership, no plausible solutions suggested. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am seeking a full refund from this company, in that they don't deserve any of my service. I truly hope this is not a Black-owned business.”

“Overcharged me for shipping! $30 to be exact and waited over 2 weeks for the product. Still didn't get to use the hair because it took 2 full weeks and I was leaving the country. Purchase was made Jan 5 2017 and today is Jan 19 2017 and hair still has not been delivered. The tracking number was added after I opened a case with PayPal. Do not waste your time and money go with another company.”
