“I ordered a bed from this company. The driver was 3 hours late and he even did not apologised. The driver left the bed almost outside. I live on the second floor and he refused to leave the bed outside my door. He rang me telling me to go outside and I said to him I do not live outside. He basically wanted me to collect the bed outside. He left the bed downstairs in the communal area. I said to him: “how am I supposed to carry this upstairs? I am a woman”. The driver did not care at all about this. He told me he was awake since 4am and he went to Manchester. This is not my problem. He said he was busy and that his job is only to drive, not to deliver. Also his English is bad and he was not wearing a face mask. This company is much worst than a disgrace. You need to teach to your drivers manners and to speak and understand English. Also you need to give to them PPE with this virus in circulation. You are a RUBBISH company and I will NEVER, NEVER buy again from you”
“Avoid purchasing from this company as they do not deliver what is ordered. I ordered their Silver Naples kingsize divan and MATCHING headboard from Amazon. The invoice shows I am the customer and Sleep Factory the service provider. Yesterday they delivered the correct bases in silver but with a BLACK headboard...that does not match what was ordered. Amazon could not complete the installation. Amazon informed us to deal directly with Sleep Factory to exchange the headboard but Sleep Factory are not accepting responsibility and are refusing to send the correct headboard and blaming Amazon. Sleep Factory will not divulge contact details for the owner of the company so this issue can be fully investigated. This is in my opinion a scenario in which I have been conned out of my hard earned money. Think twice and twice again”

“Would give a zero if i could. Ordered a mattress on 16th July 2022. Received message saying ot will be delivered on 19th July between 8am and 6pm and there must be some there to receive the item. So i took a day off work and waited. No mattress.. I left it a couple of days and e-mailed asking where the item is.. I had a reply to say that its been dispatched to Tuffnels delivery service and would be out for delivery in the next couple of days. Again No mattress. Emailed bedbusteruk again asking for update on order.. They apologised for the hold up and said that they would chase it up. This went on for weeks with emails finally they said that the mattress has been returned by Tuffnels as was damaged but they would dispatch another. Again waited had several dates for delivery where i had to take time off work but No mattress. I then rang bedbustersuk and spoke to customer service - I went through the whole story again by now we are on 11th August.. She looked on the computer system and said there was a delivery date of the 12th August. Same story took day off work.. No mattress. I rang them again. The lady - Emma - said the the mattress was picked up from their depot this morning and is again with Tuffnels-- they had previously said it had been dispatched - the delivery date now is Tues 16th August.. Another day off work. I have said that due to the issues they should reimburse me some money.. They said that when the mattress arrives and if I am happy with it to email them and they will give me a good will guesture money back.. so its another wait.. will update this if then mattress arrives and if they honour the good will gesture.. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BEDBUSTERUK AGAIN AND MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DONT DO IT.. PURCHASE ELSE WHERE.”
“Driver left bed at bottom of stairs next to flats 21 & 22 . My flat number is 2nd floor, he says they don't do stairs and left me standing with a 1 year old baby in my arms and no way to get bed upstairs. It was a fire hazard. It says on bedbustersuk ebay that its door to door service. This was not my door. It has to be made clearer that they don't do stairs. The bed was left the whole day until I seen neighbours returning from work and asked for help.”
“Headboard crystals are not level. One was missing. Bed is very squeaky when sat on or Stood up, it is cheap made bed. When you think you’ve got a bargin you really haven’t… pay the extra for a decent one”
“I give them no stars pleas avoid. Driver damaged my front door and provided images. This company does put customer care at its fore front and are refusing to compensate me . Accusing me of being a liar, even though i provided images 5 mins after they left. Disgusting”
“Lots of parts missing no screws for headboard.Forgot to load on to van the first delivery date. Had to rebook delivery. Second delivery no drawers when 4 were ordered and had to rebook again and wait another 5 days. When receiving the headboard the polythene wrapped in was covered oil. Had to clean it off before could be unwrapped.”
“I bought a bed through wowcher. I’ve read a lot a bad reviews AFTER buying it so I was dredding it coming. It arrived within the time slot given. The driver was polite. The bed is beautiful. I was looking to buy one just like it but almost double the price. The mattress is comfortable. I have no complaints what so ever. I would happily recommend. 🙂”
“Rubbish company, ordered bed and never arrived, still waiting for my refund !! Two failed attempts, one saying no one was home but driver was outside our long driveway as he took a photo of our sign and never drive In to where the house is, we were there all day, common sense to drive to the house !!! Didn’t even call, then they arranged it again but for a week later and it was there mistake !? Waited all day I had tracked it, went all down to Cornwall, last seen at 9 pm Exeter and I get a email to say it’s cancelled as no one home but I live in Taunton so they obviously never had it on the van, no interest in getting the bed to me the next day so waiting for a refund !! £342 joke of a company!!!!”
“Ordered a mattress that was supposed to be dispatched with UPS next day. The second I paid it automatically changed to four weeks. Contacted them told them I want to cancel order, they said yes, would receive my money within five days. No money after two weeks. They take your money under false pretences”
“Bought Grey suede memory foam bed for granddaughter who lives 60 miles away and arrived in excellent condition and on time. Bed was very comfortable and she was very happy with it.
The only disappointment when it arrived she was on her own and the delivery driver left it at the front door and would not take inside. Bear in mind when purchasing as can be unacceptable if adverse weather conditions.”
