“i’m very pale so i ordered the light shade kit, but all the shades were way too dark for me. the light beige color did not match the color advertised on your website whatsoever. and yes, i tried it with the color corrector. still too dark. i am also very disappointed with the amount of coverage. i bought this product to cover up a dark birthmark (something you claim to be able to conceal) and it was still visible underneath after application. i could have gotten the same amount of coverage with my regular foundation/concealer, at least then the shade would have been right. i feel like i wasted my money and i am overall very disappointed.”

“The product seems to work ok but VERY disappointed in the customer service. I've called and left messages and never get a call back. All I want to know is how do I determine what shade each tube is at they are not marked. Seems like a pretty simple questions but NO response.”

Hi There, Thank you for your order. We are sorry to hear your having trouble reaching a live Representative. Our Concealing Creme tubes have a small round sticker on the black caps with each shade. Unfortunately sometimes the adhesive unsticks and falls off. We are currently looking new labels. “I purchase the Smart Cover Stick (3 of them) about every 4 months. I have used your product for years. I have flaws on my face and some on my shoulders. I go to the gym and I feel good about the way I look. Smart Cover has given me the confidence I need when I go out and I feel good about myself. Thanks again for your product.”

“Very disappointed with this product. It made me look like I was embalmed It also rubs off and the tube was half the size I was expecting. In the ad it looks like a toothpaste tube but the actual tube is 2" long. Very expensive for the amount”

Hi Cal, The tubes are just under an ounce but a little bit goes a long way. Our concealing creme gives a natural looking finish. We can help you with your shade matching. Hi Emily, Our tubes weigh just under an ounce but as you will see it is so highly pigmented that a little bit goes a long way. We do offer a 10 piece kit that comes with three of these tubes in different shades and the entire kit is priced at $44.95.

“I placed an order 3 weeks ago, never received it. I then wrote an email to Smart Cover asking for a refund or explanation; and never received that either. While I like their cosmetics, their customer service is horrific.”
