“I ordered for the first time from this company. Placed order for premier 720 led bright rainbow Christmas cluster lights. Ordered Saturday and arrived today (wednesday). I'm happy!. Lights are pretty and as described. Thanks for a great service.”

“Having placed an order before reading reviews I was very sceptical if my order would turn up. Very happy as my order came within the delivery time and well packaged. Would I use this company again,not sure as there are more bad reviews than good”

“Ordered 8 laundry baskets which were an absolute bargain even with delivery, put the faster delivery, then I read the reviews from the site and thought oh no this doesn't look hope at all, but all 8 arrived bang on time, no issues at all. Couldnt be happier as only going to be used for skeleton cages for Halloween and didn't want to spend a fortune.”

“Ordered Christmas Tree Lights on Thursday 10th November, received an email confirmation that it would be 1-2 working days for delivery. Received today Monday 14 November, plugged in and working perfectly with a warm white glow. Thank you”

“First class service and great prices! I have to admit that I was a bit concerned after placing my order and then reading some of these reviews afterwards (not the best way to do things I admit 🙄). However I am pleased to say that my order arrived within 5 working days so I thought I would do the right thing and take the time to leave a review just to reassure people that this seller can actually be trusted. The only negative I would add is that they could take the time to send dispatched notifications and / or tracking numbers if applicable, but otherwise it’s all good! 👍🏻”

“I got my order within 5 days. You need to register your account. They did not reply to emails asking when my order would be dispatched but it stated the dispatch of my order on my online account. I know a lot of reviews said they did not get their order but I did.”

“Avoid at all costs they take your money send the wrong goods and then wont reply to many emails, you get no Paperwork or receipt either, no returns info or label, so rob you and you have something you didn't order, scammers of the highest order! bought through onbuy.com who then wash their hands of it as they they don’t actually sell you anything ...they say!!! they just get the items or (put you in touch with ...as they like to call it) other online sellers...i say i ordered with onbuy.com so they should reimburse me, but no they pass the book! Not sure thats even legal but anyway smdirect or onbuy.com ... my advice is ..dont trust or buy anything from either unless you don’t like money ...£25 down and fed up!!!”
