“Great platform that has significantly reduced the time spent sending messages in the office. Love the groups feature! The only thing we think is missing is the ability to mark a message as "read", adding a flagging option like with emails would be fantastic.”

“I have used SMS Broadcast before and it is user-friendly. However, I had trouble during the sign-up process since there was an error prompt and the response time of the support team would take a day. One of the agents didn't even ask if the account would be under me or not and just presumed which even took time to set up the account. Also, it would be great if you could provide a monthly billing in using the dedicated number.”

“Hi I love the service and would have given you 5 stars but I bought the right amount of credits and was forced to buy another 500 even though I had enough. As a charity that's money out, not being used, not helpful. Also - when I've made a message and ready to send it tells me how many credits to buy - I can find no way to buy them without completely losing the message and having to start again. And when it forced me to buy over the amount I had to repeat the whole process - you need to be able to buy or boost credits from within a message or in a new page that then translates to the old one. The extra credits didn't work either until I refreshed the page - technology needs a bit of updating. But otherwise it's great and we were able to raise extra funds with our campaign - thank you.”
