“I signed up wanting to send a message out with a URL included. After signing up I found out I could not send with a URL. I have emailed and tried to call to sort it out, one week later I still have no response. Terrible service!”

“Terrible customer service. Purchased a dedicated number and was testing it only to be texted back to my own number by someone else who owns that number! Massive privacy issue and they have not gotten back to me after calling or emailing a few times! Disappointed.”
