“I was looking for a good value SMS service that provides a simple REST API that I could integrate into my back-end application. It also needed to provide ‘round-trip’ messaging so we can engage in real-time SMS conversations with clients. I found such a service at smsBroadcast. The API is NOT unnecessarily complicated, very easy to use actually. I was able to establish my account and have test messages operating in a very short time. Enhancing our business application software to integrate all this capability elegantly is where the real work lies. The SMS service itself was the easy part. Perhaps an uplift of the API documentation would help, but that is my only negative, small as it is. I’ve had a couple of help desk exchanges, all responded to quickly and providing the information I wanted. It was good to have local support. In short, all way easier to use than expected, it just works.”
