“I was initially happy. I spent several hundred dollars on credits to use over the Christmas period to promote my new business. Then the SMS Broadcast website was seemingly infected with malware over the Christmas period and I didn't want to risk visiting their site to send out my text messages. I had to outlay many more hundreds of dollars with a competitor company to be able to reach my customers over Christmas. I emailed SMS Broadcast a couple of times requesting a refund, as I had specifically bought their credits for use over Christmas and couldn't use them. I never received a reply, an apology, or any compensation by way of free credits, etc. I guess I'll wait for another opportunity to spend my credits, but it's doubtful I'll be topping up my SMS Broadcast account again once it's exhausted, due to their lack of care and communication.”
