“Snatcher deserves zero rating, such poor customer service and false advertising. It is painful to deal with Snatcher when it comes to return an item and receive a refund. On the app they advertised that the juicer comes with x 2 cones (x1 for large and x1 for small citrus fruits) where the juicer I received only came with one small cone. The flip-up drip spout is also very flimsy. It is frustrating enough to receive an item that is not as they advertise, and even more frustrating to arrange collection and a refund. In addition they want to charge clients a 15% 'handling fee' if the client changes their mind (To date they still insist that the reason for return is that I changed my mind, which is even more frustrating!). It took them almost a month to come and collect the item, and I still haven't received my refund, item was collected on 17/11/2023 already! Shocking!”

How does this make ANY sense!?! The order I placed SECOND on 25 Sept (containing TWO items, one of which is identical to the SINGLE and ONLY item in my FIRST order - placed on 15 Sept) is scheduled for delivery TODAY. However, the order I placed first (on 15 Sept) is allegedly going to be delivered TOMORROW when it SHOULD have been delivered within 7 to 10 days after I placed the order, meaning that I should already have received it (by 29 Sept at the latest), in which case I would have been at my specified delivery address (my work address) to receive the order. However, my first order was last updated on the 29th of Sept and is due for delivery AFTER my SECOND order which is somehow, miraculously scheduled to be delivered TODAY. This is ridiculous. And now you want me to pay extra to change my delivery address on account of a delay at Snatcher when nobody informed me of any delay on my order, so I assumed that delivery WOULD take place on/before 29 September, according to Snatcher's own delivery policy. I had NO reason to suspect otherwise. How should I have known that I should inform Snatcher "prior to dispatch" of a change of address when I had no reason to suspect that such a change would be necessary. You cannot penalise me for your error/poor communication/delay. And it makes absolutely no sense why there should be a delay on my order. There cannot be an issue with stock or product availability, since
the very same item/product is apparently available to be delivered to me TODAY with my SECOND order. How then can said product not be available for my FIRST order to be delivered? The exact same product features in BOTH of my orders!!!! This is just unreal!!!
Your response time to emails is also terrible. Your service is appalling. It is no wonder that your reviews and ratings are so abysmal. I shall certainly be adding to those poor reviews and ratings immediately in an effort to save others from this type of deplorable service.
Please advise of the exact date and delivery address when and where I can now expect to receive my first order. I expect to receive my second order at my home address TODAY (according to the email and sms updates that I received this morning).

I ordered items from Snatcher Online on 16 August 2022. Paid by credit card on SnapScan, exactly R935. The payment went through my credit card, but nothing, nada, zero delivery. When I enquired, Snatcher said that the payment did not reflect on their side, despite my credit card being debited by Snapscan. I sent them proof of payment, but they demanded copies of my bank account (What for - they have a copy of my credit card statement?), and they are ignoring repeated demands for a refund.
This is the second time that I've had this experience with them. STAY AWAY!!!! I am posting my experience on Facebook and Instagram as well. They advertise one thing, and something else arrives or not at all, and then one has to jump through hoops to get your money back. I am still not having any joy or refund. “I placed an order and when I received the items, not only were the products a very old version the boxes were so torn that it was an embarrassment to send to anyone. I logged a request for return and was told there would be a 15% handing fee as there was nothing wrong with the product. I argued this point and was told the refund would take place. “I ordered a specific compressor that was on their site, because I could get reviews on the product. They then sent me a different one that cost almost half the price. I sent photos etc to show the differences between what I paid for and what I got. They email back and say it is the same product it is correct. I informed Snatcher (spoke to Faraaz) and Faraaz informed me that the product is marketed slightly differently than the actual product. I informed him that is unacceptable as it is deceiving and unlawful. He agreed that he will refund me for the product as well as for my shipping costs as I would have to ship it back at my own costs. After their offices received the product they informed me that they will only refund me for the amount paid for the product. I have reported Snatcher to the Consumer Ombudsman.”

Payment was made on the 8th of February 2021. By the 15th no parcel received. After many mails and phonecalls, they responded that they didn't have the items I purchased. After more than 14 mails a false promise was made that my money will be refunded into my account. That was promised on the 26 of February 2021. Today is the 1st of March 2021 and still no refund. Bhohale which is apparently the customs service representative just keep sending mails stating that "your bank details have been send to our accounting department" who is WHO EVER NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!
