I am very pleased with My product from snow Joe. I purchased 2 extra batteries fir my snow blower but they were sent to the wrong address. I received the batteries and I am a happy customer

Emailed support, there was a very clear misunderstanding of the ask or issue. They mailed a part not even close to the area of the broken/missing part. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I called into support and to my surprise they are sending a full unit replacement. I am waiting on the return label still to return the broken one

The only one representative whom helped me out of three attempts was Evelyn Cene and kudos for her and sun/snow Joe is lucky to have her she knew exactly what I was talking about. ***The first two had no idea what I was talking about and didn't know anything about your products ***

Still waiting for my product for my sno Joe. Broke last year. Put on a list in September. Was supposed to get a call no call yet. Winter almost over. Product does not work well without an auger. Good product when I can use it.

I did reply already but yes thank you. I have returned the batteries using the ups label you sent me. Christine Reamillo did a great service for your company. I ordered two batteries prior and they are on track to deliver today. The two new from the warranty hopefully show up shortly after. Thanks for the great service.

Our Snow Joe 48V snow blower conked out in the middle of a major snowstorm, which meant we had to shovel the driveway by hand. After some online trouble shooting and finding no suitable answers, we called the Snow Joe . The nicest fellow answered and was able to get things straightened out for us. Our Snow Joe was still under warranty, so he arranged for a replacement. We took the inoperable one to our closest UPS, put it in a box and sent it off. The new one was on its way in short order and arrived in time for the next big snow which is forecast to appear in a few days. We are happy with the product and the service.
