Hi Sir, Please see the error message you have got, you are getting an error message saying the edition you are trying to activate is different than the purchased license. Obviously the key is not going to work on different edition than the purchased one. We have already helped you over the email. Thanks, Team SK

“Purchased office yesterday 17.04.20 however, still not received the product key for installation the MS Office. Do not know how many days I have to wait. Even no communication from Softwarekey store regarding that.”

Hi Sir, We didn't get any email from you related to this. Please email us the screenshot of the error you are seeing to support@softwarekeys.store and so we can help you out. There is no way that, Windows 8.1 Pro key through an error like this and you may get error if you use it on wrong version of Windows. We will be expecting your email and so we can help on this. Hi Sir, You have used the key for the first time. And so you cannot use the same key to download again. You have to goto your Microsoft account and download from there. Thanks
