“Given that first impressions count, Carlos provided a great introduction to our apartment, being both very helpful and informative. Our accommodation was impressively well-presented and comfortable and we enjoyed our base very much.”

“Our apartment was very central but quiet , spacious , well furnished and immaculately cleaned. The Solaga staff made the holiday so pleasant and smooth , from arranging taxi transfers to meeting us at the start and finish of the week. Malaga is absolutely wonderful. We'll be back!”

“It is just so simple booking an apartment with Solaga! They have such a wide choice to suit all requirements. We rented 'Mercedes' this year and were well pleased with it. Location, views, amenities in the apartment, everything was perfect. Galen arrived to give us the keys on our first day. He explained everything. Not just about the apartment but the various amenities nearby and in Malaga in general. We stay in Malaga every year but he introduced us to things we didn't know about the city. At the end of the stay, handover was so simple. We wouldn't use anyone else but Solaga for our Malaga stay!!”

“We had a great stay in this excellent apartment. The location was good and the apartment was well equipment and spacious. It has two great terraces to catch the afternoon and late evening sun. The meet and greet was waiting for us on arrival from the airport and gave us all details of the apartment and some information about Malaga. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again without doubt. Solaga are a company I would definitely use again.”

“We are happy that we have chose sologa as our"home" during the 4 days in Malaga. The staffs that we have met are so sweet and the place that we were living is also wonderful. It is in the centre of Malaga. I would like say it is a great choice for the big family like us whom have three kids, free and big enough space, convient transportation and so on.”

“The apartment was beautiful, so spacious and well equipped! The bathrooms were especially large and we greatly enjoyed having a large bath in one of them. We were also very happy with the location, it was no more than a casual stroll away from the center of the city, perfect for a quick dinner or night walk. The people we interacted with from Solaga were very helpful and accommodating, they promptly answered all of my emails and had some good recommendations for where to eat and what to see. Overall, we were extremely delighted with our stay!”

“Very efficient service. Prompt replies to correspondence. Accommodation was first class. Pleasant member of staff met us on arrival and explained everything to us about the accommodation and local services. It was our second time using solaga in Malaga and we would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others”

“Cancellation successful BUT attempt to obtain refund of 175 Euros made for reservation over 90 days away was denied emphatically. Use Extreme caution dealing with Solaga. They have policy that is unrealistic and confiscatory. I have cancelled several other arrangements for this journey that resulted in full refund with NO questions. WAKE UP SOLAGA. You want more business? This is not a way to establish customer satisfaction.”

Hi Steve, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our terms and conditions, which you agreed to at the time of booking, do clearly state that the deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you to keep the deposit as a credit towards a future booking but unfortunately you decided not to take up our offer. With all due respect Steve, our policy is not "unrealistic"; it is very similar (and often more flexible) to any other company in the industry. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We think this is reflected in the fact that 96% of our clients have rated us as either 5* (78%) or 4* (17%) We sincerely hope that you will try us again in the future. SOLAGA

“Not happy with being charged 10 euros for 2 bath towels. Very unhappy with fact that representative at check in said someone would check us out at 8:30 and call a taxi. At 8:45 no one showed up at apartment nor did I receive a call/email. We left to catch scheduled train to Madrid. Very unprofessional. We have stayed in many apartments over past few years in several European countries and never had this experience. Would not use Solaga again nor recommend to anyone.”

Dear MarySue, Thank you for your feedback. We provide one large towel and one small towel free of charge per person in all our apartments. Extra towels are available for an extra cost of 5€ per person. This information is available at the time of booking. This is a standard practice in the holiday rental industry; extra linen or towels are chargeable to cover additional cleaning costs. At the time of check-in you requested extra towels, we informed you of the costs and you decided to go ahead and book them. As far as the check-out is concerned, our colleague who was due to go to your apartment unfortunately got delayed with a client who had a last minute emergency that he had to attend to. As a result he arrived a few minutes later than expected. Since at the time of check-in you originally discussed a check-out time of 10:00 but later changed it to 09:30, the representative did not think that a delay of a few minutes would be an issue since you were not taking a flight and that the train station was very close to the apartment. Having said that, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused but this unfortunate delay that was outside of our control. We take great pride of the service we provide our valued guests, which we trust is reflected by the fact that 96% of our guests rate us with either 5 stars or 4 stars (78.2% rate us as 5 stars, 17.8% as 4 stars). We are sorry to hear that your experience with Solaga was marred on the day of your departure. We hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope that we will get a chance to see you again in the future. SOLAGA

“No TV for the first 3 days. The taxi they "booked" was a no show. I have rented apartments for many years, many times. My first experience with Solaga was horrible and will never book with you again.”

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. The TV in the apartment is working fine, however you were expecting a selection of channels in English that are unfortunately not available through the normal Spanish cable. As far as the taxi not showing up when it was booked, as you can appreciate we have no control over city taxis. We do offer our own private transfer service which is totally reliable and available to everyone staying at one of our apartments.
