“Pros Great location right in the heart of the old town. Lovely roof terrace. Met by a very friendly caretaker Cons Very small kitchen that's only just adequate for self-catering. Quite a small bed. Quite expensive compared to the much bigger apartment we had in Seville”

The apartment that you chose was one of our smallest form the 33 that we offer in Malaga city as it is a one bedroom apartment. “Stayed in Mitjana apartment April 2-6. Very well appointed and equipped apartment. Very comfortable beds. The first night, Saturday, was extremely noisy through to the early hours. After deciding to book the apartment, I was taken aback to be asked for additional fees for cleaning and WiFi. These services are taken for granted and should be included in the advertised price. As our flight was delayed we ended up paying a 30€ late fee, so we ended up paying 20% more than the advertised price. Left us feeling rather annoyed especially as the WiFi did not work properly. Dear Hilary, Thank you kindly for taking the time to send us your feedback. We are glad that you found the apartment to be comfortable. Firstly I am sorry that you found the location noisy. The apartment is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Malaga and like most cities does tend to get a bit busy at night. With regards to the internet we are looking at this is now being included in the advertised price as we do for all our other apartments. I understand from our previous email correspondence that you were not aware of some crucial information before you arrival as you unfortunately had not read through the client confirmation when you booked. This would have explained most of the details that have caused you concern. We hope that you will return to Malaga in the future and consider staying at one of our quieter apartments just out of the historical centre which may be better suited to your needs. “Very nice, small apartment. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace and being really in the centre. We missed a comfortable chair and some small other convenient things, but we were there in November and I have forgotten. Overall we had a very nice time.”

“Well situated apartment in the old part of Malaga from where one can walk to lots of interesting places. Apartment in good order. Missing items in kitchen were quickly purchased. Representatives were pleasant and friendly. Good place to stay.”

“Would have been higher but on arrival in Malaga had a problem contacting you despite my reminders of planned arrival as requested.Eventually got hold of someone who seemed convinced we had arrived at airport despite a reminder the day before of our arrival by bus from Granada.Eventually arranged to meet contact in 20 minutes at appartment.An hour later and more calls contacted arrived weighed down with shopping!!!!So 2 hrs after arrival eventually gained access.For a company that stressed arrival arrangements,it seems one sided,I informed you on every reminder our plans,what was the point?”

“A very attractive apartment, completely quiet in spite of being so central. Very clean and contained everything required, iron, hairdryer, etc. The solaga staff were very efficient and helpful. No complaints and hope to stay there again.”

“Vi var veldig fornøyd med leiligheten vi hadde i Malaga. Det eneste vi var misfornøyde med var AirCondision som stod på verandaen. All kominikasjon vi hadde med Solaga fungerte veldig bra. Kan absolutt anbefale dette.”

“Fantastic property ,great location, facilities ,hot tub on balcony fantastic. Only down side is the sound proofing, the upstairs bathroom has an opening into the downstairs bedroom so you need to be really close to share the apartment. Also we were only given one large and one small towel each and when we asked for more they were going to charge extra,given that there is the hot tub there should be extra towels ,we felt it was mean for the money we paid. Didn't let these things spoil our time as the rest was really good but not sure we will use it again and we go to Malaga every year.”
