“I received my something new bridal jacket with my future new last name embroidered on it yesterday. I ordered a black jean jacket and opened my shipped item to a blue Jean jacket. I immediately reached out to customer service and the response I received was “we ran out of the black jean jackets in February but decided to send you the blue one so you weren’t waiting any longer for it to arrive”—-what?! That’s like saying my hair stylist dyed my hair blonde because they were out of black hair dye just to show for the service that was being done. I didn’t get an email about the jacket being out of stock after they charged my card, so they basically decided to charge my card for something I didn’t order thinking they were in the right to do so. I honestly would have gone with another company if I would have known that I wouldn’t be receiving a black version of this jean jacket. Usually if something is out of stock, companies will let they buyer know and give the option to refund the money spent or LET THE BUYER KNOW there are other colors in the item that was bought and ASK if the buyer would be okay with another color. This is a bizarre way to do business in my opinion.
I asked if I could be put on a waiting list for the black jacket once it is back in stock. Still waiting on a response with that one.
Oh, and their website says they ship out in 2-3 days. They shipped mine a little over a month after I purchased.
The website also says they have updated their sizing as of January 13, 2022 so all sizes are true to size. I ordered a large and it fits more like a medium. So make sure to size up if you do decide to order from this company.”
“BUYER BEWARE! This shop is a scam. I bought the pearled slip-on shoes from this store, which were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES I have ever bought. The shoes are beautiful but they are so stiff you can't even walk in them. These shoes were not cheap either and cost me $150. When purchasing these shoes I tried looking for reviews on their website but it was almost impossible. I decided to take a leap of faith and buy them anyways for my bachelorette weekend. I learned my lesson, to say the least. When I went to write a review for the shoes I bought to warn other buyers I realized YOU CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THEIR SHOES!!! So please be careful when purchasing items from this store. They will not refund you or let you leave an honest review on their webpage.”
“I ordered a custom bridal jacket on 9/21/22. I did not hear anything for a month and I reached out 10/15/2022. I paid an additional $25 for a "custom design" I never received. I emailed again on 9/5/22 and then on 9/10/22 with no response. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card and it's still under review. Crossing my fingers I recieve my money back.

“Save your money. I ordered the subscription box after several wedding websites and blogs listing them as a great subscription box. I wish I read reviews before hand because they charge you right away and then never send anything. The social media accounts don't even show any boxes or real happy customers. They delete all negative comments. I am so sad because I did a 6 month subscription and it won't even let me cancel it. That is over 300 dollars that I could have spent elsewhere... you have been warned. Please note: I have emailed the company multiple times on via email and social networks and never got a response :(”

“The jacket itself is so great and everything I wanted! Great fit, soft material, beautiful embroidery. Unfortunately the company itself was what I had issues with. It was a 1-3 week delivery time from date of purchase and it took 2 months and 10 plus times of contacting them before I even heard back. I was posting on their Facebook and Instagram to attempt to get a response. They responded to me saying it would ship out ASAP and then they proceeded to block me so I was unable to contact them anymore. “I ordered a embroidered Jean jacket for my sister who is getting married in a 2XL. She is a size 16/18 in which a 2XL is what always fits her. It arrived and it fit my size 8 15 year old daughter. I contacted customer service to which Katie "the manager" exchanged numerous emails with me. I explained that this is NOT a 2XL. She at first said we can remake in a 3XL for a $30 remake fee. I told her I do NOT agree to charging me a fee to remake a jacket that clearly would be offensive to my sister being plus size. She then said nothing they can do. I said I want to return and I want a refund She said no returns or refunds. I then said I will make sure no one ever orders from them again and I want the owner to contact me. Being a boutique owner myself no matter what you always make it right with the customer. She then said oh the owner told me we can custom make another jacket for you in an even bigger size then the 3XL. I said oh perfect. A few days goes by I hear nothing so I contact her to check on shipping. She said they are waiting on the bigger jacket and will invoice me when it's ready to be shipped. I said wait a second invoice the owner said she was going to remake the jacket for me and I attached our email correspondence. She said well we are still charging you the remake fee. I said that is not what was agreed upon. She said that's company policy and there is no way around it! I AM DONE! I paid $70 for this jacket and like I said it fits my 15 year old except my 15 year old can't even wear it because it has my sister's married last name on it! Terrible customer service and a terrible way to run a business! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!”
