Fabulous customer service from SW and particular Kajal. I’m so happy my shoes were able to be repaired, I work hard to be able to afford them so I’m truly grateful for the help and customer service ❤️

I'm really surprised to see how many negative comments there are. I purchased my wedding shoes, they came very quickly, and in perfect condition; No issues at all. I do not believe they are scammers, this is a legit company. Perhaps it's a different story when you need to deal with customer service.

I love my sandals & matching bag. Very happy.. When out at a party after removing my sandals ( too much champagne) in the morning I discovered I had lost an ankle strap. I emailed Sophia Webster to ask if it was possible to get a replacement strap. They replied promptly and said yes no problem. I had to pay a small charge and my new strap x2 arrived a couple of weeks later. Thuli Martinez handled my request. She was very helpful and totally professional. Thank you so much 😊 very happy customer

Just got my silver pair in pastel and wow! They’re stunning and on top of it they’re comfy and perfect for my foot! I bought half size up! So happy with my purchase!

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website recently then saw that they recommend a half size up so i ordered the same shoes but in a bigger size. Both pairs came within in a couple of days. I arranged for collection to return the small size and I was refunded the money within a couple of days. This is so sad to hear that so many people are having bad experiences. I have to admit, customer service were helpful when i asked for advice on the sizes . I have recently asked them about a shoe that is sold out which they have said would be back in stock this month but this isn't looking likely which is a shame as they are from the bridal collection.

I've bought a few pairs of heels from Sophia Webster over the years. They really are unique and very special shoes. I just love them! I decided to buy my last pair on-line. The shoes and the service were both brilliant.

First time buying from here and i must admit after reading the negative reviews i was sceptical. I ordered my shoes on Saturday night. i had an online chat with one of their team on the Monday morning and she was most polite and helpful! She told me i woould recieve an email when my shoes had been dispatched . Received the email on Tuesday with a verification number and the time of delivery by dpd. The shoes arrived on time with a very pleasant delivery chap . My shoes are lovely and i am very pleased!! The whole proceedure was proffesional polite and efficient and i will definately use this site again!!! Michelle

I bought a pair of flats 2 years ago but never wear them until I tried them on. The soles cracked and splitter on both shoes. I contacted SW customer services attached my proof of purchase and Kajal was brilliant and creative allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. Though I was upset and disappointed with the quality of my broken/brand new shoes, I was very pleased with the resolution and the prompt response /of great customer service.

I have three pairs of shoes from SW. Two heels and one flats. The heels have been great but the second time I wore the flats, the soles cracked on both shoes. However, I contacted SW customer services and they were brilliant, allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. So, I was disappointed my shoes broke (not the quality I'd expect) but I was very pleased with the resolution and the responsiveness / friendliness of the customer service.

Really happy with the appearance of the heels and will definitely buy more. However the specific pair I bought were faulty - Heel broke after wearing twice. Customer service (Namely Kajal) were very quick and helpful with their responses. The shoes were out of stock in my size so they offered to send the shoes back to their production team in Brazil to be repaired or for a swap to any other shoes on the website that I wanted for the same price. The original shoes were the ones I really wanted so I opted to get them repaired. I was told that this could take up to 8 weeks - but they have been shipped back to me now after 5 weeks. Customer service also kept me updated every step of the way. I haven't yet received the shoes so can't comment on the quality of the repair yet. I was also given a 15% refund for the inconvenience caused. Overall very happy with the customer service (and product too if the repair is up to scratch!).

Worst company ever. don't buy anything from them. Their product was damaged and when I asked to return they emailed me saying im not eligible to return since it's a little more than 2 weeks I purchased this shoe and after they receive the shoe, not only there will be no refund but also they will keep the shoe. I can screenshot of the email and prove you what I just read was insane. My bad I chose this brand over other great brands.

Slippers from Sofia Webster are leaving stains on my feet 👣 it’s just unbelievable that they can sell product like this! On top of everything customer service is disaster and I am very disappointed in service I paid! Will never purchase anything else

I wrote a positive review yesterday to say I was happy with the customer service and the way in which they dealt with my complaint and arranged the repair of my faulty/damaged heels. However it looks like I spoke too soon. I specifically asked if damaged parts would be replaced and was told that they would but it would take 6-8 weeks as replacement parts came from Brazil. Well shoes have arrived back 5/6 weeks later and all they have done is glue back together the damaged parts. So I STILL have a damaged pair of shoes that I have paid a lot of money for and been without for a long period. These shoes can not have been quality checked. I am very very disappointed with this and in the company. I am hoping some resolution can be reached and have contacted customer service once again. Ridiculous.

Ordered shoes and it took them over a week to let me know that they couldn’t fulfill the order bc they were no longer in stock. Went back to the site and saw they were back so I ordered again. Customer service agent said must be a website error bc they couldn’t fulfill my order yet again. I’m looking now and they are still showing in stock. Customer service is so slow to respond. I decided to place an order for a different size that was supposedly actually in stock. I have no word on what is going on. This company is so disorganized I regret my purchase.

Terrible company!! They shipped my order to the US without putting the proper documentation, they send package without commercial invoice, composition… When the carrier tried to reach out to them no answer, I had find out myself about the documents required, I had to pay a storage fee at custom of $30/day, when I finally reached out to SW and told me we are sorry it is Brexit, what a joke. If you ship anything in the US from overseas you need documentation, what a joke!
