“Amazing customer service from Sophia Webster. I dealt with a lady called Taylor and she was brilliant from start to finish. I bought my wedding shoes from Sophia Webster but unfortunately my bag to match was out of stock at the time. I bought the bag from another company and it arrived damaged and I didn’t realise until the morning of my wedding. TAYLOR went above and beyond and managed to get it all sorted for me. Her replies were very speedy and she honestly couldn’t do enough for me. Excellent customer service thank you so much!”

“The most incredible, beautiful shoes I have ever seen. I had been debating buying the Vanessa Mid Sandal in White for my wedding in 2025 for months and had been looking on the website at least twice a week. I took advantage of the 30% birthday offer and I am so glad I did as I have truly fallen in love with these shoes. There were a couple small imperfections on the shoes but after speaking with Taylor I was provided with 2 solutions to resolve the matter which I was incredibly happy with. I honestly could not thank Taylor enough for the help and support she has provided, an absolute asset to the company! I would advise anyone that is in two minds about buying shoes from Sophia Webster to take the chance and buy them because you will not be disappointed!!”

“I bought some shoes as a gift for my mum - the website said to buy a size up but she has tiny feet so I bought 2 pairs to check sizing - arrived super fast and return was really easy and I was refunded really quickly. Shoes themselves are so beautiful, the crystals on them are unreal. Really happy!”

“I ordered the Mariposa Shoulder Bag in black. It arrived quickly in a lovely pink box with dust bag. Such a lovely, great quality bag that I've used a lot and will keep using. Such a beautiful addition to my wardrobe!”

“Very happy with my purchase of the Mariposa Hobo Bag in Black- I am based in the UK and it arrived within 2 days, packaged well and I have been using it non-stop for a couple of months, it is great quality! Always get compliments on it :)”

“First of all I'll start with the fact that Sophia Webster shoes are crazy shoes! I bought four pairs, the last one for my wedding, I took advantage of the sales by purchasing them in July 2023. I went to try on the dress and had to wear my beloved shoes and I noticed that the pearls had turned yellow. I tried to contact customer service and Kajal responded, super kind and helpful, she spoke to her manager and since they couldn't repair it in time for my wedding they offered me to exchange for another completely new pair. Their shoes are all fantastic but the model I had chosen for the exchange was much more expensive and despite this they didn't ask me anything. I have everything managed from Italy. The shoes are great but the customer service more so.”

“So amazed with my Sophia Webster shoes and the speed with which I received them....I ordered my shoes for a business event on Friday afternoon and got them on Saturday morning! The shoes are DIVINE - I ordered the black butterfly low heel slingback pumps and they are stunning. I take a UK10 and find it really hard to find really beautiful shoes that fit, so to receive something like this is so extra special. The shoes have an amazing finish, feel great on the foot, and look super luxe. I had bought two pairs as wasn't sure about the size and their customer services team were super helpful and got the size I didn't want returned straight away. Wish every luxury shoe brand offered shoes in my size and this level of service.”

“Fast and efficient delivery, I live in the UK and my order reached me within 2 business days. I was kept up to date on the whereabouts of my parcel through the tracking link sent to my email address. Plus, I love my boots, they've kept me warm over the past week of cold weather and are super cute!”

“I have received the BEST customer service from Taylor ! I sent my wedding shoes back as they broke on my wedding day and was told it was unlikely they could be fixed meaning I wouldn’t be able to have them back. I wrote a letter and placed it in the box explaining how sentimental I was and that if there was anyway I could have even one back to keep I would be over the moon. A few months went by and I received an email from Taylor who had been the agent who picked up my letter explaining that my shoes had infact been fixed and I could have them back ! I was both grateful and touched that Taylor had kept me and my letter in the back of her thoughts after all this time. I assumed once I didn't hear anything after a few weeks that there was no chance I would ever see my wedding shoes again so I was thrilled when I received a lovely email from Taylor explaining she could get them back to me and fully repaired ! I find most big brand these days aren’t fussed on making a customers experience memorable but Taylor has gone above and beyond my expectations, firstly remembering my sentimental note and also ensuring I was kept up to date informing me straight away when she knew I could have my shoes back! I am overjoyed to be getting my wedding shoes back and I hope Taylor is rewarded for her genuine and kind customer service she has given me !”

“Worst company ever. don't buy anything from them. Their product was damaged and when I asked to return they emailed me saying im not eligible to return since it's a little more than 2 weeks I purchased this shoe and after they receive the shoe, not only there will be no refund but also they will keep the shoe. I can screenshot of the email and prove you what I just read was insane. My bad I chose this brand over other great brands.”

“I’ve been an avid Sophia Webster customer since 2019 when I purchased my bridal shoes. I absolutely love the brand and designs. I have several pairs of shoes and bags. I had an issue with a bag recently and I reached out to customer service. Taylor was brilliant super fast response to my query and went about resolving my issue whilst answering my questions. I recommend Sophia Webster to all my friends and I have a wish list saved. Sophia Webster’s book sums up the one thing I’m always told when I wear them “Oh My gosh! I love your shoes” excellent customer service and experience, worth every penny.”

“Emailed Sophia webster about my shoes being damaged after one wear and the customer service is the best I’ve ever come across. They really care about the products and are extremely accommodating. My shoes had been worn once for my wedding and some crystals had come out, so I emailed the team with pictures to see about having them fixed but they weren’t able to. They gave me a full refund which is not what I expected and I was totally overwhelmed. The best customer service team I’ve ever come across!”

“I had a problem with a pair of shoes that I bought and customer services were brilliant. We had a little back and forth but nothing I would not expect. One particular person was extremely helpful and patient. It is hard to find good customer service today and I really appreciated it. Thank you.”
