The Minuedo earplugs work great functionally but they're not durable. I've had them since October of 2022 and the left one had the earplug housing split in half where they were originally joined together. I was able to super glue it back together and the earplug seems to work fine again. Recently the magnet on the right earbud fell off so I may fix that too with a bit of glue. Maybe I got a bad pair.. but for the price I think these shouldn't be falling apart. I'd really appreciate an exchange or have some feedback from the company to see if these are common issues.

I purchased the earplugs, Minuendo, and the experience with the customer service team was horrible. I did get the refund in the end, fortunately, but going through all the inconvenience dealing with the confusing messages from the service team was something I never want to experience again. As for the item itself, the fit was uncomfortable. The overall design when actually seen was shoddy and toy-like. Some accessories were missing. But all that was better than the poor service quality afterwards. I hope this review helps anyone in a relevant situation.

I think I would give a 4.5, I just wish you could custom mold them. I am using these for an interesting situation. To hear lower wind and rumble noise in the cabin of my car (works superbly!) I use 1 flange because my ears are small so fits better, i tried all of them and all worked good. i wouldn't say its exactly flat, but its very good and sounds natural enough and doesn’t muffle too much. A trick in my Tesla is to turn the earbuds all the way closed so its rolling off the high end and reducing volume the most possible and then I eq the music in my car so it has more mids/highs - so effectively your decreasing the outside noise while increasing the music to sound natural and it works great. Love these and will save my hearing! Thanks! Great product.

Excellent sound, very convenient to be able to adjust the volume according to how loud the band is too. The tips have also been very comfortable.

I recently purchased the Pulse and it has been very disappointing! I’m not saying that it is a bad product but I guess it just doesn’t work for me. It may be because as a drummer, I’m always moving, but I find it very difficult to feel the pulse. I have tried different settings and different locations (wrist, arm, ankle) and it just doesn’t help. I find myself focused more on trying to feel the pulse than keeping the time which messes me up more. I’m now glad that I didn’t spend the extra money for the core which I almost did. It’s back to an earbud with a metronome app.

My minuendos showed up quickly and I love them. I use them music practice and I can hear everything much clearer than with any other ear protection I have tried. They also work great on my commute to work. My car is very noisy, lots of wind noise and road rumble. It makes listening to music difficult to hear without cranking up the volume. With my minuendos, all the car noise is subdued and I can hear the music.

I love my earplugs. I could adjust my earplugs by who or where I sit in an orchestra pit.

Very happy with these ear plugs. They sound great, there’s no distortion, and the adjustable attenuation is nice. Several other types of ear plugs I’ve tried cause painful distortion since they don’t seal well. Finally I can leave a concert without ringing ears!

I got the Core watch - Cool device. I really find the vibration-based metronome an effective tool for practicing being on tempo in a way that forces you to feel it more than hear it. The other features (timer, stopwatch, display of notifications from the phone, etc.) I find convenient and the interface is smooth enough to use. Lower rating only because I find the tuner is not very responsive - certainly not comparable to a snark or other clip- on tuners. Also, it seems pretty limited with what range of frequencies (instruments) it can pick up. I play mandolin and it really struggles with the two high strings on that. Maybe it’s a bit more geared toward guitars, but I wasn’t very happy with the how responsive and accurate it was even with a regular 6 string acoustic. All the other features work well and are nice and easy to use, but for the amount of money these cost, I expected more of the tuner. That’s a pretty big drawback for me. For $20 you can buy one that works better. Heck, even using tuning apps on my iPhone works better. I liked the idea of having all these features in one place in this cool watch.. but I still end up having to grab a stand alone tuner. I think the magnet mount idea is really neat, but the tuner function itself needs improvement to compare with any other store bought stand alone electronic tuner. Otherwise, would be nice if they added a pitch feature to the tuner function (where it could produce the note you are wanting to tune to), as that can be more coneveint then struggling with a tuner that can’t pick up the frequency of the string you’re playing very well.

The pulse is a really great tool – I'm not great with click tracks and setting them up is a pain, so the ease of working with the pulse and the strong haptic pulse is the perfect solution.

Really happy with the core steel. Ticks all the boxes and really comfortable to wear when playing. Had no issues with delivery and felt the deal was value for money.

I bought the Minuendo to protect my ears as a musician but also a producer. The difference between these and normal earplugs is like night and day, the clarity and the definition of every sound remains pretty much the same, but at a consistent lower db volume. It's an investiment, but it will surely make life easier for every professional level music worker in the long run.

Keeping good time with an audible metronome has always been a challenge for me now in my third year of jazz piano. With Soundbrenner, feeling the pulse has made an immediate improvement in my playing!

Well, I gotta say, at first I thought rather snarky “these things don’t work!” But here’s why, pay attention. I was “expecting” sound as “per usual”, meaning a dulling of the higher frequencies. Fiddling with the adjusters I finally realized the attenuation of db NOT the attenuation of clarity! WoW! Once the user realizes this it’s suddenly night and day! If you have a pair give them real thought and “listen”. You’ll get it! As an audio engineer, I have a real desire for protecting my precious tools, in name EARS! Some may think pricy but good n clear is worth the $$!

Very functional and practical. I no longer do my piano studies without it. Apart from the possibility of the metronome anywhere on your wrist. I strongly recommend.

First time using a device like this and honestly gave me goosebumps on how accurately it noticed that I crept out of tempo and pulled me back. Perfect teacher who does the one job right!

Ordered an upgrade to the Q20. The Q45 seems to be an improvement. It feels better on my head and over my ears. I haven't set up the app to optimize the the sound.

My bad experience is that I ordered the watch on December 21, 2022, and now on January 20, 2023, I still do not have it. You use FedEx Smartpost, and that is not good. Also, you have no US-based customer service, so I have been sending emails and getting a response maybe two or three days after. A conversation that could have taken five minutes has now stretched out over three weeks.
