“I have purchased quite a few items from sparkling jewellery now & have been over the moon each time. The turn around is super quick. If they make a mistake they will rectify it quickly & make it as easy as possible. Highly recommend for the quality of their product & amazing customer service.”

“I've purchased 2 pieces of Jewellery from Sparkling Jewellery. With the first it was really important as it was my daughter's 18th. I couldn't of asked for better service, her necklace came beautifully wrapped and presented in a gift bag. This arrived before i expected, so very pleased mum hence why i ordered again at christmas and will carry on buying from Sparkling Jewellery for years to come....Thank you.x”

“I ordered a necklace of the two coins. It was not exactly as I wanted so asked to change for another one. I got excellent service and changed it without any trouble. My new one came and I love it and a lot of my friends have asked where I got it so recommended Sparkling Jewellery and think they may order. I would have no trouble ordering from them again.”

“I bought the gold coin necklace it looked great very shiny and just like the holly Willoughby one, however, it tarnished and had marks all over it after a few wears. I sent it back they apologised and sent me a new one but again I cant wear it as it tarnished after a few wears I didn't bother to return it. I think for the amount I paid this is poor quality and a waste of my money.”

“I made my purchase in july last year and wore the necklace and loved it. However it came off and was lost .. I'd only worn it a few times. I did email to ask if you might do anything like maybe offer a stronger better made one at discounted price - I wasn't expecting much as I appreciate I don't have a faulty item to return, but I never got a response at all. I was a bit disssappinted as I loved the necklace and assumed there was nothing you cd offer but no acknowledgment at all.”

“Necklace I bought for my girlfriend broke within minutes of wearing it. When I returned the item I received no notification to say they received it or that they were refunding my purchase. Even when I rang them to enquire about this I was met by a lady with an awful attitude. Wouldn't recommend using them.”

I am sorry to hear you experienced problems when returning an item to us. A full review of the way we handled returns was implemented after this issue, and our staff have had full training. Every issue is taken very seriously by the directors at Sparkling Jewellery and actioned so our customers have a first class service. As humans we only learn by our mistakes and have taken your comments on board.
