Love my diffuser wish tracking for shipping was better

It took a long time to receive the 3 bottles of Peace and Calming Essential Oil that I ordered. But they finally arrived and I'm now a Happy and Peaceful Camper.

I contacted company two days ago advising if my wish to return product that is not to my liking. I have yet to get a response back and it doesn't seem to matter as there is no refund policy policy only an exchange. While this is my first purchase and based on this item I would not purchase any additional. Bye bye $30!

The only reason why this review is not worse is because the product is very good as advertised. However, the service was quite poor and I ordered on September 2 and the product was not shipped until much later and didn't receive the product until September 19.

How can I review a purchase that I NEVER RECEIVED YET. Ordered on August 31 and still do not have the item. Sparrow Tree sent a tracking number to me on September 13, 2016, tried tracking it and the USPS said it was electronically notified by the shipper on September 13 for mailing but was not put in the USPS system; no tracking available; the service is very poor, unreliable for Sparrow Tree. I contacted Sparrow Tree and said it was lost, but it appears SparrowTree never shipped it at all; also called them I still do not have the package today is Sept. 20 Still waiting.

Sparrows Tree seems like the type of local small business that I'm happy to support and their prices are pretty fair, but it took 12 days from the date of my order to hear anything back from the company, even after following up after the first 8 days. It took 17 days to get the order via standard shipping, which is not great but also not uncommon; however it would have been a lot less concerning if I had heard back in the meantime or been able to at least track my order.

I am not happy at all with your company. today is sept 17th. I purchased an oil on Aug 29th & received a confirmation email that day of my my purchase. the next email I received was on sept 10th saying my order was complete and when I selected the tracking info it said it was waiting to be shipped. when I contacted you and explained that I was disappointed that I haven't received it yet & it just now shows that it was going to be shipped, you responded with "the mail lost the package". it looks like to me based on the email I received on sept 10th that it was shipped 12 days after I purchased it & asked if you sent out an email to notify me that my package was in the mail. you responded "yes according to our records". so I asked to have that email forwarded to me and haven't received it. at this point I believe that the item I purchased wasn't actually sent out until the 10th and there was no prior email stating it had been shipped earlier, to convince me that it was lost in the mail. had I known it would take almost 2 weeks just to get it in the mail, I would have purchased this item somewhere else because I would have had it the first week of September. I will not be buying from you again

When I placed an order I received the confirmation of order right away. When I hadn't gotten notification of order shipping I contacted them via text (per what I saw on their website). No response. I then sent email. no response. I then called and left message on voicemail. It was then, 6 days later that I received an email with the confirmation tracking number as the order must have been filled after my phone call. Their website says most orders are received 4-7 days after receipt of order. Mine didnt ship for 6-7 days after order placed and then only after text, email and phone call. The product price was awesome and I would like to continue business because of this, but will have to decide whether the price is worth the wait/follow-up just to get the order.

I want to say GREAT!!! but I can not get anyone to respond to my emails or messages. I have left voice messages and emailed you all a few times and nothing. I ordered two oil diffusers, they were not Premium starter kits, They were supposed to have 2 oils each included and they were not. I can not use the diffusers with out their oils and either need the oils sent as ordered or I must return these machines for a refund. Please Please Please respond. Thank you, Erica DeMarco
