“Looks like I have also been scammed like a few of the other reviews said. Tracking number created. Doesn’t match the order number in the email. Emailed and tried live chat. No responses from anyone. Took the money and ran. Don’t not order from this place. I should know better as I use many other domestic sites with no problems. Lesson learned.”

“I’m not a trusting person as there are many scams online but I tested my Spartan Pharma products and they were exactly what it’s labelled as. Prices are reasonable, delivery is roughly a week for my area which I consider fast. Have not had to try and refund anything.”

While on their website, they mentioned all products should be dispatched in the next business after they received the money. They never did that as they claimed.”
Hello, we always send a tracking number and you're emailed immediately with updates. If Canada Post has delayed shipping your product we have no control over that. We always send your product as soon as we can.

Unfortunately the first order goes well and then I bought again and a tracking number was created with Canada post but no package sent. Sent 6 emails being very nice and understanding but no response. Took my money and ghosted me. It’s too bad with all the comparison out there I switched to them only to get taken. Beware everyone it’s just a matter of time before it happens.”
