It is worst, they don't accomodate students baggage request. Flights are always delayed which they'll inform in sets of 30-30 min so they don't lose the passengers. Worst service ever.

I recently flew with SpiceJet SG-54 on 1st April 2024 from DXB to CCJ and unfortunately encountered an issue with missing hand bag inside the flight. Despite reporting the issue immediately upon arrival, I was disappointed with the lack of action taken by the airline to address the situation. Upon landing, I promptly notified SpiceJet staff about the missing luggage, providing all necessary details. However, I was dismayed by the lack of communication and follow-up from the airline regarding the status of my luggage. As a customer, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it's essential for airlines to prioritize customer service and take proactive steps to resolve such issues. Unfortunately, my experience with SpiceJet fell short in this regard. I urge SpiceJet to improve its baggage handling procedures and enhance communication with passengers regarding luggage issues. It's crucial for airlines to demonstrate accountability and provide timely updates to affected customers. I hope that by sharing my experience, SpiceJet will take necessary steps to address the underlying issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

SpiceJet is the worst airline in the world. My last 5 spicejet experiences. 1 flight cancellation, 1 airport change, 3 flights depart delayed twice to thrice. SpiceJet interior experience is worst, their on-ground services are pathetic. Their customer service is unresponsive. Their timeliness is the worst. They are just liars, and won't even care about customer grievances. Please avoid this worst service provider if possible.

I paid for seats. Was specific about window seat since i went with kids. But I didn’t get any window seat, got totally different seats. Was asked with cabin crew they were so rude. Also when asked about any thing they were replying with no.

Worst Flight! Don’t book Spicejet! I recently booked a ticket from Chennai to Delhi on 6th September 2023. But, sadly I had to encounter the worst experience with Spicejet, where I was denied onboarding on a mere request of writing only 2 words on the excess baggage receipt - "Laptop Bag" after payment of the excess baggage charges for the laptop bag that I was carrying. Such conduct from Spicejet is very unprofessional and dissatisfactory. When a customer pays the ticket price, he owns the right to travel through the flight and taking away this right is illegal in all terms. I can not understand if there is a policy of spicejet to charge amounts for a laptop bag, what made the team cancel my onboarding on the request of adding these 2 words - "Laptop Bag" on the excess baggage charge payment receipt. To my utmost surprise, when I raised this with Spicejet's escalation points, they are saying that I have only refused to travel and they did not deny onboarding. This is completely false, as any sensible person can vouch for it - if I would have to refuse travel I would not have even paid the excess baggage charges in the first instance. This is a pure betrayal from spicejet. Atleast, they should have the guts to accept what they did. I then also went to google to check on the reviews of Spicejet where I found that many customers faced the similar issue where they were denied onboarding by Spicejet staff and then Spicejet later took their steps back to say they did not deny the onboarding. Because of them I was left helpless but to book another flight late in that day. I had to reach Delhi urgently but because of Spicejet staff, this was unduly delayed. They have even refused to refund the ticket price.

Title: Disheartening Experience - Unprofessional Staff and Unreasonable Charges Review: My recent journey with Spice Jet airline from Calicut to Dubai was a complete disappointment. The check-in process was marred by unprofessional behavior from the staff. We encountered an unfortunate experience with the staff, who displayed aggression and utter disrespect towards passengers. Adding to the distress, the staff demanded an exorbitant additional charge for our luggage, including an unreasonable claim for my baby's stroller, which we had previously taken on the same route without any problems during our outbound flight. This inconsistency and unjustified charge left us deeply dissatisfied. Despite providing proof of double payment, Spice Jet is yet to refund the excessive amount they charged us under duress. It is disheartening to see an airline of this stature failing to provide basic customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope Spice Jet takes immediate action and thoroughly trains their staff to treat passengers with respect and empathy. As loyal customers, we expect a better travel experience and fair treatment. This incident has left me questioning whether I should ever consider flying with Spice Jet again.

It is the worst domestic air service in India. In the last twelve months I travelled by SpiceJet twice - on Oct 11, 2022 on flight SG8252, it got delayed by SEVEN HOURS while staff was ignoring us we were just sitting all night at the airport. And now today, on aug 31, 2023, I again had the misfortune of travelling through this airline. Flight SG8494 from Srinagar to Delhi was supposed to depart at 4.35 but is now departing at 8. Can you believe it. One is tempted to believe it isn't a airline service but a torture device. You can expect zero punctuality, they have no respect for the customers time. And for some reason their staff is so rude and unhelpful, always.

While traveling from DXB-SXR on 21st-22nd of June, we received a badly damaged luggage at the Srinagar airport. Horrible experience with my old aged parents.They were about to miss their next flight.spice jet cancelled their flight twice in a span of 4 hrs. A BIG NO NO NO.CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PATHETIC.NEVER BOOK UR PARENTS TICKETS IF THEY ARE OLD OR NOT SO FREQUENT TRAVELLER.

I don’t recommend this airline. they keep on changing flights before the day we supposed to fly. this airline does not care for their customers anymore. When I book a new flight in a different airline after SpiceJet cancelled the flight I have paid a highest rate. However, disappointed with refund process after Airline cancelled my Flight. If you are booking flight through third-party sites or travel agents then SpiceJet airline keep the refund process at the “pending airline authorisation” stage more than a month.. Horrible company, very dishonest. Will never fly them!

Spice jet airways. Most poor experience ever.. Even i can say that gate guard and helpers were most supportive than spicejet staff members. I have travelled in international flights many times. But this was the mostttttt poor experience ever. And will never go with spicejet booking ever. Nonsense spice jet staff and its services. They are making their flight time delay again and again. They don't understand importance of time. Poor experience ever...😑😑😑

In spite of having covid-19 vaccination certificate spice jet security staff and officials were not allowing passengers for boarding. They are absolutely rubbish. I have been compelled to use such languages. I doubt spicejet officials and security staffs are illiterate or moron ! They are neither ready to listen to passengers nor ready to provide service. Cooperating with passengers is far away ! I'm not telling spicejet to do anything against rules. But spice jet guys should use their brains first to know and understand the rules and then only they should work ! They only harrase passengers. They are not professional and very rude also. They are so arrogant . I won't recommend anyone spicejet airline.

had booked a flight for travel with SpiceJet from UAE to India in March 2020 and eventually cancelled due to covid pendamic, I requested for refund for the cancelled ticket and chasing for more than 1.5 years. SpiceJet said they can’t refund through same payment mode and they asked for bank details. This itself is unusual as mostly refund is made through same payment mode. Even after providing all the required details and documents, SpiceJet is delaying the payment after repeated follow ups. Every time I follow up, I get the same standard response that it is under process and appreciate your patience. I warned them that I will take them to social media and for legal actions. Still no refund is made.

I travel on many occasions with Spicejet airlines and the main reason behind opting this is they offer a reasonable price range than other airlines and the other significant part is that they don't charge money in case your bag is 2 to 3 kgs overweight in case you don't have carry-in baggage. Also, the hospitality of the staff members provided onboard is so satisfying. I would recommend Spicejet to all.

I traveled with my family for the first time from Spicejet airlines from Rajasthan to Delhi. I was so excited and nervous at the same time but the flight staff provided excellent customer support to my family. I was thankful to the crew for their kind behavior. This was my first travel experience at Spicejet airlines. From now onwards I will prefer this airline and recommend all my friends as well.

I select Spicejet flight for being on time flight always. The crew is warm, cordial to treat passengers and suportive. I have not experienced any problem for flying with it since last two years, the time I started flying with the airline. I would recommend the airline with complete heart- as I get good flying experience at a decent cost that is decent than rest in the industry. Recommending the airline.

About this budget-friendly airline-Spicejet- I would like to tell its flight because it is clean but for many good reasons. Take for example the flights are always on time and delay is a thing of rarity, so far I have always reached on time at my destination. This is the reason I fly particularly with the class-leading budget flight. Flights and its crew are good, satisfying facilities and experiences are regular with it. Recommend it.
