“I paid for seats. Was specific about window seat since i went with kids. But I didn’t get any window seat, got totally different seats. Was asked with cabin crew they were so rude. Also when asked about any thing they were replying with no.”

“While traveling from DXB-SXR on 21st-22nd of June, we received a badly damaged luggage at the Srinagar airport.
