“The only feedback i have is the packaging. For glass or liquid items, sufficient protection should be kept. Many items have been damaged for us and we could not use it. Although we might get a partial refund, we could not enjoy those foods.”

“The vegetables that came in were with fungus. I threw away the Gourd and Karela completely because of the fungus. Then I tried to reach out to Spice village based on the WhatsApp number provided on the website. It has been more than 1 week, no one has even replied to my queries. I will try to find some other online provider if possible, else will never order fresh vegetables.”

“Spice Village has a wide variety of products for Indian consumers and attractive offers. Their newsletter is not too frequent, so I don't mind receiving them. Their delivery service, too, is mostly prompt. I see myself as a returning customer at Spice Village.”
